    Hello Kevin,
I've passed my CCNP using your CCNP Routing and Switching books and love the way you teach using animations on Pearson LiveLesson videos.
It is much easier to understand and remember theory using your high quality animations.
You are so right about the "falling in love" for the technology way of thinking. It really made things much rewarding for me.
Many people know how to configure Cisco equipment, but very few know how to design for real work.
I think someone experienced like you should attempt the CCDE exam and make videos for the Cisco Design track.
Thank you for doing a great job, and we hope to learn more from you.
William, IT Manager from Hong Kong.

Thank you, I was too laid back on my first attempt thought i had it in the bag. My result was 790 and the pass was 800 or 810 i cant remember which. I have focused on mastering the topics this time so fingers crossed!!

Doesn't QoS naturally go against the concept of Net Neutrality? No matter what, the networking is being affected by QoS FOR GOOD REASON. Wouldn't networks be pretty bad without it? How are you truly supposed to treat all PDUs/packets/1s0s/ "neutrally"/equal and expect a well ran network based off the specific services it's trying to provide? Thank you for your time and making this video.

Hello, Mr.kevin. I want to ask one question about STP which create some confusion. Let say we have 10 vlans and we have common spanning tree(CST) running. so my question is how many BPDU are transmitted or how many instance of STP are running in case of 10 vlans while running CST. is there separate Bpdu will trasmit for each vlan.

    • @mharis6728

What about BPDU in case of CST? Is BPDU depend on the numbers of vlans regardless of Which STP type you are using? If we say we have 10 vlan and CST is running so can we say that for each vlan BDPU is transmitted ?
