- Hey guys! I did some digging on PRETTYLITTLETHING and MISSGUIDED and tried my best to find the same or similar items from each store! I then compared the price, quality, fit and look to find an overall winner - I was genuinely surprised with my findings! X

Pretty Little Thing is a company based in the UK and we over here too have so many troubles with our orders, their service is horrific, they seem to spend most their time commenting on the kardashian’s insta gram posts than they do sending out our parcels!!

I bought a backless jumpsuit from them a while back and was pleasantly impressed. It is very well made, double-lined, and fits perfectly except for the length (too long).

Pretty Little Thing are disgusting with their customer service. My order never arrived and they refused to refund me and told me to keep waiting... After two months I had to go through PayPal and request a refund, which PLT emailed me complaining about and told me yet again to keep waiting.... Took 3 months before they refunded me only because PayPal had my back and took it further. So unprofessional it's gross... definitely won't shop there again.
At least you got your refund one item I didn't receive and they told PayPal I was trying to "scam them". This company is very unprofessional.

If you ever need a company to do something, tell them you’ll contact the BBB. If they don’t care, do it. They get in big trouble if someone contacts the BBB on them.
The amount of times I’ve payed extra for next day shipping only for customer service to tell me I was getting standard shipping but not offer a refund is ridiculous
If anyone still wants PLT clothing without the shit delivery next does it on their website and the customer service there is great ! xx (they also do missguided )

I’ve ordered from them twice and I regret it sooo much. I’ve returned literally EVERY item except one because I had already took off the price tag without thinking but omg. Worse. Quality. Ever.
I swear 2 years ago they were actually great quality, recently I had a few orders and was not happy about them. I have a few dresses that I love a lot and won't ever throw away

I think it depends on what type of outfit and where you wear it
Sequins are cute if they are paired with something casual. A whole dress or outfit of it is fine if you’re performing onstage or going out to the club or fancy party or something.

Do you realise plt has a permanent 50% off sale so the 50% off price is in actual fact the true “ full price” not the half price? It’s just a sales tactic

Ive only ever seen it with 50% off - makes people feel they are getting a bargain when really its always that price gaha
they have 40-50% off sales very frequently but not always. The same thing goes for Missguided; the company constantly has 30-40% off sales. (Fashion Nova is the same.) If you're paying full price at either of these shops you're getting ripped off.

Pretty little thing are WELL KNOWN for bad customer service and packages going missing/not arriving/not giving refunds/being impossible to contact. I ordered something from them and I regret it, took weeks and weeks to come and I'll never order from them again
Me too!! It took forever to arrive and it was absolutely terrible the quality! I tried contacting them they would promise me to exchange but nothing happened! and now I regret purchasing from them & won't do it ever again!
hey guys, i recently experienced the same with them. They sent me incorrect items so I returned it (asked if they would cover the postage prior to sending it back, which they said they'd cover). I ended up getting refunded but not the same amount i paid for, and on top of that, they didn't cover the courier cost back so i had to email them. However, it was a different customer rep each time and i had to explain myself over and over again. Then they kept saying they'll get back to me with another team, but they didn't so i had to email them again. Then they asked me for my bank acct details but kept saying the refund bounced back, so i got super frustrated and provided them with 5 bank accts, and finally got my refund. You guys just need to persist and tell them the full story everytime someone replies and don't assume they will read the thread of emails cos they won't 😡😡
I know! Ordered off of them and returned the products and still haven’t gotten a refund ($71!!!!) have emailed multiple times!! And this was beginning of January!

I thought they were the same before this video but definitely not! I mean Missguided aren't amazing either, I bought some tops recently that had holes on arrival but left it too late to return them so that was a waste of money 😭still better than PLT tho

From watching your video I am completely off of possibly buying from PrettyLittleThings (which I haven't done). You are the second person that had an issue with their customer service/shipping from them and I really don't like dealing with that. Thank you for taking one for the team :) On the other hand, I have not had an issue with Missguided, other than the fact sometimes their sizing isn't always consistent. At least their returns are simple!
The dramatic difference between the two first sparkle dresses was so noticeable! Your confidence went way up in the Missguided dress. Your try on hauls are the best and this video is such a unique idea!
I think PLT charges higher because they constantly have 50% coupon codes. However, missguided definitely has better quality clothes than PLT in general. But PLT does have good quality jumpers/hoodies I must say

i think in australia its so much more expensive because of the currency or something because in the uk that blue jumper would be around 10-12 pounds, i also usually find missguided is a little bit more expensive

I love both brands so much but Missguided’s quality has always been better, the only thing for me is that PLT has a wider/better selection. Great haul and video idea! 😍😍😍

Don’t get me started with Pretty Little Thing! Bought some wide leg trousers from their site back in July, when received they had a huge rip in so I immediately sent them back within a couple of days. Then surprise my refund ‘got lost’??? And I still never received my refund and they have since blocked my card on their site after months of back and forth😓
Same thing happened to me with PLT! I bought a dress and wasnt happy with how it looked, so returned it pretty much immediately and they informed me that I should be getting my refund when they receive the item, which is about 2 weeks apparently. Once 2 weeks past, no sign of my refund nor a follow up email. I had a lot going on so I kinda forgot about it, but it was going on for almost 2 months, I then DMed them and pretty much complained and they finally put the refund back into my account. Yep, never shopping nor am I buying from them ever again.
You should report them to better business bureau

Ive always purchased off of pretty little thing and have never had an issue with their customer service. I’m very surprised reading the comments! Definitely has scared me to purchase from them again.
Ive been shopping with them for 3 years. Never had one problem. Always get best customer service, fast shipping. And everything is always 50% off. So you never pay the full price. Missguided for me was a massive let down.
