As I know on two occassions, when Paster C. John was transferred from Chennai Hqrs ., no such farewells seen.. But now a days transfers either to Bro/. Eldr./Pas/ Centre Pas., fare-wells become common..So improved our status similar to worldly fashion. Let us follow the old Systems/ doctrines of CPM now renamed TPM. Is Our God changing to times? to situations? I am not finding fault. But we have seen the old hard- times which are gold.
Who told this is a farewell. It is only a prayer. All of our pastors conduct a simple prayer while they trasfer from one faithhome. Some time some pastors give a small food to the believers.
