For the Rise video, it's actually the journey of the player named Ambition to win worlds in 2017. You can see some of the opponents he beat during the tournaments and they are all using abilities of their "most iconic" champions.
Arcane is completely to do with it and you should for sure watch if you haven't already, its a fantastic series in its own right. Watch 3 episodes and if you arent completely hooked then idek. New season soon too so you wont have to wait like the rest of us to see it resolve >.

The only one from the bunch that would be copyright possible is the warriors 2014 song written by imagine dragons. Usually with some of these more popular bands like Linkin Park, Imagine Dragons etc who collaborate with Riot, its usually the band who makes the song so they own the rights. Its then their record labels that then are the watch dogs and report stuff. But if you want to be safe, an easy way with league videos is to look at who made the song, if it wasn't Riot or one of their music producers and was instead the artist, assume you'll have issues, anything else is game.
Ah yes, A New Dawn, as someone who loves the champion Nautilus it was so nice to see him here, he was complete boss sauce up until he got instant KO'd by that collapsing terrain XD. Rip Nautilus, you were too beautiful for this world. ;(

heey amigo, it's cool that you're reacting about it lol, I was here with you in haikyuu which I love, but lol it's not far behind. the world building and the lore are very large, with many characters xD if you are interested I advise you to watch and bring the reaction of some videos from necrit about a league mmo. This video you reacted to, New Dawn, is very old and has nothing to do with the lore, it's an animation imagining a game of the game. and finally, these worlds videos are about esports, the characters are the players and some of them tell a really cool story about how the championships went. edit: 26:45 yeah shes called Leona, pretty much the encarnation/avatar of the sollar goddess, she appear in A new dawn video. and the purple girl is called kaisa (a girls who was lost in a crack in reality [the void] and thats why she has this purple powers) she appear in the warriors video.
I could explain the story of each character in these videos, but you would forget everything xD the game has something like 170 champions between gods, immortal spirits, mystical creatures, humans and who knows what else and almost everyone has a story built.
