- Hi lovely friends! Welcome to a new episode of Liveandgive4x4! Today we show you probably the sadest moment of our journey... is this the end of the Morocco series or even our 4x4 lifestyle? This week started as any other with adventure and fun. We just had the best time enjoying the facilities of a 4-star hotel close to Ouarzazate. After a relaxing day we drove to the famous Hollywood set. The Atlas film studios are a nice stop and you can see a lot of hollywood made in Marrocco. After being in such a big city and seeing so many people we decided to drive a little inland in a more secluded area. And there it happened :(

Actually, we did the tour with the guide and it was amazing. In 2017 we did the tour alone, with no guide and we didn't understand anything :)) The dude who is doing the tours knows a lot about cinema and about the studios and it really is a great experience. I highly recommend it!

Se voce colocar o cursor do mouse em cima do video (ou no celular apenas clicar no video), vai ver um ícone escrito CC, clicando nele as legendas ja são ativadas automaticamente.
Caso esteja em outro idioma, apenas clique na engrenagem do lado, clique em legenda e escolha a opção Português. Se ainda sim não aparecer a opção Português, escolha tradução automática, e ai sim clique em Português. Vai ser uma tradução robótica, mas ja ajuda.

R.I.C.E.....R=Rest, I=Ice, cold helps to reduce inflammation/swelling, 20 min on, 20 min off, this helps to reduce an possible damage to the skin from cold, C=Compression, i.e. an ACE wrap/ stretchy compression wrap, reduces inflammation, E=Elevation, keep the swollen area above the level of the heart, this again helps to reduce swelling. When areas of the body swell from sprains, strains, and/or fractures, etc the swelling trigger stretch receptors in the layers of tissue overlying the injury, when the stretch receptors are trigger they send a pain signal to the brain i.e. swelling/ inflammation=pain.
