I & my wife have PR status. I am in Canada & my wife is in India with our child. In child sponsorship can my wife be a co-sponsor even though she is currently not in Canada but will come once my child gets PR?
Hi Sir, I am an Inland CEC applicant with non accompanying wife (in india). I put her non accompanying because of the reason of increasing my cRS scores, as after adding her, points were decreasing. Now, I got an invitation, and as I was filling out the information for my spouse, they ask reason for” explain why your spouse is non-accompanying”? Although it’s not mandatory, do I really need to mention anything ? Or I should leave it blank or I say “to increase my crs”. I cannot give any reason that she will stay in India for bla bla bla reason …..because I had applied for her work permit 2 days ago. Please let me know Sir, thanks!
Hi Hardeep, I have a question for you. My score is 487 as non accompanied spouse. Im planing to add him later. I can only add my spouse only after i reach in canada or after getting PR?. Also, what would be the processing time for spouse sponsorship. In their site its mentioned 17 months and that's so huge
@@rose-qr1jc if you listed him non-accompanying. Then at the first place, you will get PR, land in Canada and then apply for your spouse PR sponsorship. It will take around 12 months to process your application. So, around a year when you land in Canada and apply for your spouse sponsorship. Also, to apply you have to meet some eligibility criteria which you can check online. I hope it helps
the thing with Judicial review you need to find a Canadian Immigration Lawyer while you are in your country and that can be hard.. it costs A LOT of Money which you already spent on the application, the finacial resources and it takes a long time and it's not even guaranteed that your visa will get approved and the decision is turned even though the judge is on your side..even with another VO checking it there is no obligation for him not to refuse again unless the judge can order the visa approval, which he can't, unless that changes..it's very based on luck and chance. The change must be on restricting the absolute power given to VO officers especially on Study Permit applications.
Hi sir, CA/CPA is not mandatory for noc 1111. Is that written anywhere at ircc website?
Where is it written that it is mandatory?
Sir Kubeir do I have a chance of getting through with express entry?

Co-sponsorship is needed only for income requirements. You don't have that criteria when applying for PR for your dependent child.
@@AskKubeir Thanks for the reply, Sir. In that case, do I need a notarized affidavit from my wife as no objection for the sponsorship application?

No it's not based on luck but on your documents/information and it's merit
