Ego Creep (Official Music & Lyric Video)

"Ego Creep" is the third single release since going live with Audio Graffiti Studios. This one was released on October 1st, 2023 (in the spirit of All Hallows Eve).
​Ego Creep was written on the bass guitar with the use of a "sludgy" bass synth and a very dirty 6-string bass. Add in our PRS 277 baritone (tuned to a grungy B standard), and the overall tone of this song ended up very dark, heavy and ominous; hence, the lyrical content that flowed out of the universe and into our lizard brains being equally eerie. In retrospect, this tune is very Freudian in nature, ultimately about a person being haunted by their own ego (or their propensity to act in sinful ways). John "Nine Zero" Osborne is once again the vocal performer on this track.
