The kids even put a dent in the bathtub. It was terrible. She never watched the kids. :(

Exactly, I’m not lying for no “friend” especially if it can harm me in the end. The landlord can think logically and say - hmmm, why does this other girl let her two kids stay there with her friend, that’s one cps call! Then she could end up being investigated for possible abandonment or negligence. The only friend I question is the defendant bringing the plaintiff into the lie.

Plaintiff definitely told the Landlord about the children to be spiteful. She just said she was there the entire time the Defendant was discussing business w/ the Landlord. Then, turn around & say she guesses she told her the twins were her children. If the lady called to speak to her, there was no reason to say anything about that. Just lying

And the daddies of the kids not helping out financially. If you struggling to care for one kid. You having 6 more is wrong. Take those daddies to court for child support. Or even better. Get married and then have kids so both parents can be involved financially and emotionally
