They keep mentioning Ham being on the hot seat like majority of the coaches in the league arent. lol that doesnt matter .
the content of the podcast is not why he got fired... Ham is a horrible coach and film shows it.

With a combination of how the Lakers treat coaches and the mistakes Darvin ham was making, that podcast was the last thing contributing to his release. I don't see anybody blaming AD after he bluntly stated the man got them out there not knowing what they're doing.

No one is claiming Ham is perfect. That doesn't mean he did such an egregious job that I need to overlook LeBron's history of demanding changes of players and coaches.
