      Hi for forearm condition training they have many ways.use your forearm to hit the rubber post is the best way to improve your forearm conditioning . good luck to you .

    Shifu, what is the meaning of the first exercise (in which one strikes by crossing the forearms)? is it a technique to block and strike simultaneously or just a preparatory exercise? Thank you so much!

      Hi you ask the questions is hard to explain and cross punch is a basic a punch from the basic punch then you can slowly added the technique a punch
