IELTS Writing Task 2---IELTS Essay:
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Some people think that the teenage years are the happiest of our lives, while others believe that adult life brings more happiness.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behavior to children?
This essay question is from IELTS 10 Test 1 Writing Task 2.

To be brutally honest, this so-called teacher herself has failed to spot her own errors, let alone the errors frequently made by many candidates. She implies that the synonyms she has used can boost the score of the criterion, "lexical resource". In reality, phrases such as "minor life", "according to my opinion", and "teenage is the happiest" do not sound natural at all. Also, the phrase, "and so on" and the verb, "get" sound too informal for an academic piece of writing. More worryingly, she claims that the opinion should be written as a separate paragraph apart from the conclusion, which is absurd! That's why I don't recommend many of the UA-cam channels run by so-called IELTS experts, who are, in fact, neither fluent nor suitably qualified to teach English to adults. For your information, there are much better videos shared by ex-examiners and native English speakers like Simon and Melbourne respectively. When you read their essays, you will see the difference between this model essay and much more accurate essays, which have been written by true professionals. Finally, I wasn't sharing my opinion as a learner. I have shared my input based on the experience I have gained as a TEFL certified (Cambridge level 5 certification) tutor. I hope this helps! 😉

While re reading your essay after finishing, u can find your own Mistakes.. don't forget to do proof reading ( re reading ) of your Ielts writing task2.
And notice please ,I have used different similar words for essay word only . this way ,u can also use simple vocabulary words for getting higher band scores.

Pertaining to task 1, instead of leaving a space between each paragraph, can you rather leave a small space before each paragraph? Is it correct if you do it that way?

For IELTS writing task 1 also you will get a separate sheet (task1 will be written on the sheet .
