I’ve got both of these shoes and I like them both a lot! When it comes to sizing, I had to go one size bigger for the 146 to get approximately the same fit. But that’s not a problem at all as the cleat position goes so far back on the 146.
Hey! I recently got into gravel biking and am looking for shoes suitable for wide feet. I tried the CX238-X in size EU 41 and they seem to fit well, no pressure points. Based on this, which of these two models: MX238 or MX242 would have the closest fit? Are there any significant differences between them?
I’m about to release a new video on the 242 which should learn a lot more about it - literally in the next day or so - - both could work well for you. The 242 is more expensive and you can heat mould the heel the 238 is arguably more rugged - both great shoes
