I think Disney has to be careful not to add too much comedy to a franchise like this, man Jack is getting on years 😂
Very, very high quality analysis on every episode so far. So much better then “250 details you missed!” Or “The mandalorian is the worst show I’ve ever seen Disney woke wars is dead!” So nice seeing balanced takes that don’t go from one extreme to the other

Thank you very much 🙌🏽 Appreciate the sub!
Mhm the ”loophole” was WACK as FRICK, dude. I saw someone point out the loophole in a comments section, wayyy before this episode came out, but I thought to myself, “There’s no way right? They wouldn’t do that. Just hand over the Darksaber?? Over some technicality?Noooo.”
BOY WAS I WRONG
I was in love with the Mandolorian because it was what got me into watching Star Wars, which is a much needed bonding activity for me and my dad because before we didn’t spend much time together. Now, we still bond over it, buuut we bond by making fun of it. This episode was entertaining, yeah, but the actual overarching story is...not doing good. I don’t hate this show one bit, but it’s disappointing because we know what it can be. Anyway, awesome commentary, can’t wait for the next one! 💛
Thanks dude! I got into Star Wars because of my dad I also discuss the show with him after each episode. Some of his criticisms even end up in the videos. 😄
@@caprisanh2845 Aww that’s cool!
hey caprisanh, i found your channel since last video and i gotta say you're doing a really good job with it!
just the quality of your videos keep me coming back. I've already seen all your other videos.
I'm just glad I can be apart of your subscriber base while you're still a smaller channel because I know you have the potential to make it to a million or more.
keep up the great work, you deserve everything coming your way!
Thank you very much! 🙌🏽 I’m stoked to have you here and glad you enjoy my videos. Definitely more content to come 😁
1:38 -- In the Legends novels, ships can have "slave circuits," but control is given up voluntarily. Dunno quite what happened here, though.
Careful. You might catch lots of subs making content like this:)
Really love this episode bit on droid's working rights and their drive to stay relevant, the same way that Bad Batch gave us some really interesting episodes on clones right and THEIR drive to stay relevant.
Mhm
Same! Wish we had more episodes that focused on those concepts
@@caprisanh2845 honestly, those two episodes of Bad Batch were the most interesting in the whole second season.
In Legends/EU there are slave circuits in some ships so they can be remotely guided. But you have to agree with that, and I don't recall them being in warships (which makes sense for obvious reasons)
bro is only watching for the “Mandalorian” Achievement. Great videos btw
i miss andor😔😔
Me too man… 😞
Its crazy you only have 5k! Great video!
Thank you! 🙌🏽
I've been waiting this since last week 😂
I love your videos man! Keep making them.
I was dumbfounded that Bo didnt just keep the darksaber when she killed that cyborg hermit. It was technically his and she beat him in combat.
I let it slide thinking it was character development but that clearly wasn't the case now.
It is character development. She didn't use the technicality to her advantage until Din put it forward, because she doesn't want conflict with other Mandalorian like she's been saying, or she took it because seeing the Mythosaur changed something in her giving her a bit of the zeal that Mandos clan has.
"Good or bad, I'll always be a Star Wars fan." I feel your pain, man. lol For anyone interested, google how Tony Gilroy pitched Andor. My man went to Lucasfilm with a long, forensic manifesto to pitch his show. He also mentioned they had very few "adult supervision" during filming which I take it to mean Disney will leave you tf alone if you know what you're doing.
Congratulations on 5k Man. 10k is coming!
Thanks man! 👊🏽
According to Eckartsladder, a leak from episode seven says that it’ll be really good. I hope so. Every point you’ve made so far has been completely true.
Hm, that’s interesting. Maybe I am excited for the next episode after all
You deserve my subscribe.
Honestly this episode felt like a huge sidequest, not a bad one, but still. I still liked it cause I love Bo and I´m so glad shes a main character in this season.
(In count duku voice) I’ve been looking forward to this.
This episode is everything wrong with the season so far. Some annoying irrelevant side quest that is completely predictable that just stalls until we finally get something interesting that moves the plot along and then rolls credits.
I kinda enjoyed this episode, it was like those episodes of clone wars.
More vids pls 😊
The main problem is that Disney, makes SW movies and Series like a Marvel Movies.
But it just doesn’t work, starwars is a fck complex universe where u need time to write stuff.
You also need to be rigorous and patient.
Real exemple : If they knew SW, they would have noticed that B2 battle droids cannot sprint.
Retcon FOR FANSERVICE
chapter 23 was actuially rerally good
7:07 i also enjoy watching you make these videos, nicely put together
Episode 7 was showing at Star Wars celebration and I'll say it will give people their hope back. It's a really really good episode. And if I'd be so bold to say probably the second best at the episode out of all of The Mandalorian so far.
You definitely have me intrigued. Looking forward to seeing it! 🤙🏽
Talk about a swing and a miss, lol
I'm living in india, and this was actually _last_ weeks episode for me? Over here, E7 came at noon today.
Do we get episodes earlier, or are you just reviewing this one a week late?
My videos usually come out a week late mostly because my work schedule is pretty crazy. 😅
@@caprisanh2845 Oh, ok.
Could you make a video about your opinion about the bad batch season 2
for the algo
As for jack black and lizzo. I have also been starved for entertainment and after the lack lustre episodes before I just seen this as an attempt to keep my attention till the finale and was not having it. Love jack black and no comment on lizzo other than I hate celebrity appearances. They have little to no acting ability and only serve the purpose of attracting attention.
Also this whole episode is stupid, Disney needs to deal with the fact that droids only become sentient when not having frequent mind wipes. I forget but in legends there were like 5 laws of robotics each one being implemented in a different point in time for different reasons. Ultimately they are just tools and people are scared of them uprising. They’ve gone with, the robots like humans and want to help them instead of wiping there memory and/or putting restraining bolts on them. I think they forgot about restraining bolts even though they’re used constantly throughout the entire saga
I'd give it a solid 4/10 so therefore that's better than a 3/10, 2/10, 1/10 and a 0 so they must be proud of what they made!!!
Star Wars Always had guided landing systems. I can't tell if they can be remote activated. Would make sense from a safety perspective though. 🤷
Ah that makes sense. Still, it felt a little weird how Bo didn’t consent to the override, but I guess it’s not a huge deal 😅
@@caprisanh2845 well, but i get you. There are very little things that make you question if it's a plothole and they kinda add up. Season 1 didn't have these.
Also with this tell don't show approach they picked up lately it feels a little off formula at least if they don't explain a thing. Lol.
Remember when star wars was good? that was fun.
Yeah , it was around 6 months ago
Jack Black, Lizzo, Christopher Lloyd??? They just don't belong at all
I hpe the next season will be better than this season
Star Wars is, if nothing else, all about hope for something better. Keep faith, and in the meantime we can take some comfort that for every Jack Black and Lizzo cameo, we have a show like Andor, or episodes like Plan 99.
Surely they’d never do Thrawn wrong. 🤡
Jack Black was fine. Lizzo was awful. Episode was dece.
