You probably passed my house.. it's literally on the road that leads to Steven's city and Middletown. I technically don't live in either of them, but obviously I go through both of those towns very very regularly.
I lived in stephens city for 11 years. Place is straight fire. Here's the thing, the neighborhoods east of interstate 81 mostly suck, but like, barley drive area is just the best neighborhood ever.
Phew- keeping it 100 🔥 The amount of new construction is insightful. Builders of all people don’t want to lose money. So when they build, they’re expecting a sizable return. They’re building homes well into the $600-700k range so who knows what these cities will be like in 10-20 years
