- In this video, I will show you how to start your blanket, make treble crochet stripes, bobbles and Humbug stripes.
Even if you are a beginner, you will be able to follow along as I explain every stitch in detail.
I refer to both UK & US TERMS throughout this video.

The weirdest thing happened! I was gearing up to make this throw and found a vintage throw at the thrift that is SO similar to this!!! 😂 I love how it gives the classic Halloween vibes. I’d love to make this as a cardigan or something now but tysm for sharing this pattern!

Finally, another pencil holder crocheter.
After watching this video, I purchased the pattern (U.S. terms) and two sets of the yarn pack from Snuffle Beans in the U.K. I received the yarn in California in less than a week, so shipment is lightning fast. I’ve never used the Woolcraft Quality DK yarn and I really like it. I started the project this evening with a double crochet foundation row and am close to beginning the first bobble row. So far, this project is super fun! I am making one blanket for my daughter and the other for me. Thank you for a great pattern and the well done tutorial videos!

Is there a supplies list as to how much and what colors of yarn? My decision whether or not to make the blanket is partly determined by how much yarn I will need. I looked on the website but will have to pay for the pattern in order to check how many yards of yarn needed? It’s a beautiful afghan and really hope I’ll be able to make it. Thanks
