    Starting:
    1. Key in and Right foot on brake
    2. Move Kill switch to run position
    3. Press Start button once (screen comes on)
    4. Roll throttle forward (in opposite direction to normal accelerating), you will hear a beep
    5. Press starter button for the second time, bike will start up.

      @@Drive315 Yes, lots of fun on these machines. (I am a Spyder/Ryker riding instructor, we just use Rykers & the majority of the students are in their 50s - I think the plan was to get new/younger riders into the brand at the lower price, I guess we will see!) Thanks for the video. Cheers, Ronny

    Nice little, honest review, from someone who never rode one. Was fun to watch! I own both, a Ryker and a motorcycle (Hayabusa). Riding the Ryker is like riding a snowmobile. If you go into the ride with that mentality you will feel right at home immediately. It also helps to upgrade the sway bar and end links. Makes a huge difference in stability and body roll. Be safe out there!

      Thanks for watching and subscribe! Id love to have a hayabusa, i love the way they look and how much of a beast they are. Honestly the ryker looks better than it rides in my opinion… i wasnt a fan of how hard it is to keep it in a straight line under acceleration compared to a motorcycle. I currently have 4 motorcycles, but have had 7 at once before

      @@Drive315 4 bikes and one time 7 at the same time!? That's bad ass! The Hayabusa is a beast but easy as pie to ride. I use the Busa when I'm riding with a group and tend to use the Ryker for commuting and solo riding. The sway bar I mentioned all but eliminated the sway you're referring to but it'll never be as planted as 2 wheel bike.

    Handling varies on the Rykers. Some people put upgraded sway bars, steering dampers and end links to correct the wiggle in the front end. Mine was straight as an arrow out of the box. A lot depends on the mechanic who builds them.

    Push pull simple. The three wheeler is direct. You don't have to counter steer like you do on a two wheel bike.

      It gets sketchy under acceleration, I wasn’t a fan of that! Its really cool and unique, and has good power, but I really dont like how it is all over the road when you hit the gas!

    I’ve never drove a motorcycle in my life but when I drove one of these I never felt any kind of body roll

      Definitely not any body rolling

    Best way to describe these things is it’s a snowmobile with wheels. Lol

      Thanks for watching and subscribe , not very stable in the turns !

    • @OpeoAslam
      @OpeoAslam 2 роки тому

      @@Drive315 It can be squirrelly sometimes, especially when braking hard. You definitely have to lean into turns as much as people say you don't. The larger F3 and RT are a bit better with steering because they're the only models with power steering.

    You need to steer more with the left arm and just use the right hand to control throttle. Also you need to press your knees into the tank more. Also you should start riding in Eco Mode to begin with.

      Thanks for watching and subscribe. This is not for me because its not as stable like a 2 wheeled motorcycle. Im sure id get the hang of it but its an uncomfortable feeling to have to counter steer 5x more than on a motorcycle

    I find a lot of rider comments are generally from people who have never ridden a snowmobile. The Ryker to someone like me a very experienced sled rider is intuitive and second nature. You instinctively use body English and feet peg pressure to be able to corner at higher speeds. This is basically a sled on wheels with the same engine btw.

      Thanks for watching and subscribe… im a very experienced motorcycle rider and can tell you that the ryker is very unsteady compared to a motorcycle, heck you cant even go 50 mph without it being/feeling like its all over the road.

    ****You are riding a three wheeler and expecting it to feel like a two wheeler?

      Thanks for watching and subscribe! I didn’t expect that, but i was comparing it. I was not a fan of the handling. Motorcycles and cars handled better

    Why do you keep saying it doesn’t feel like a motorcycle, it’s not a two wheel motorcycle.

    i wonder if this feels different from a motorcycle?

    • @Drive315
      @Drive315  2 роки тому +2

      Thanks for watching and subscribe! Yes it does, its not as confident/planted as a motorcycle at higher speeds… also it feels kinda like a atv. Still a very cool machine

    • @fotomotoxxiii
      @fotomotoxxiii 2 роки тому +1

      Yes it does but in a good way. It's like riding atv on the street but faster and better. No worries about leaning or rear tire giving out or counter steering weirdness or any of that.

    Body rolling? Must be something wrong with the seat, because that’s definitely not supposed to be a feeling that you have on these bikes.

    • @Drive315
      @Drive315  Рік тому +1

      Compared to a motorcycle thats how it feels. It feels like its gonna flip over when you try leaning into a turn… also it is all over the road and hard to keep pointing straight down the road, it kinda makes you have to counter steer under acceleration (which i dont like).
      It has great power, and i was surprised that it does burnouts! But the handling is terrible in my opinion and kinda sketchy.
