Depends on what you want to do. Are you wanting to specifically go into computer engineering or just general computer science until you figure out what you really wanna do? I recommend learning a little bit of coding first (python is the easiest language). Then start to understand some networking, so basically learning how data is sent through computers. Then learn about Linux, a popular operating system for people interested in hacking/cyber security. UA-cam has information for all of this stuff. Then after you get a grasp on the basics you can search for certifications
