@@gw62112009 the simple answer is because this is what the client wanted. Yes, we could’ve gone higher up the hill and no it wouldn’t of been significantly more expensive but at the end of the day if the client doesn’t want to pay for it, we don’t do it. Also, the higher you go the faster you were going to come out the bottom of that slide and this pool isn’t very wide where the slide enters the pool so we didn’t want to allow people to be entering the pool at a rate that could cause them harm. if the pool was larger or if the slide was not a straight shot then I would talk with them about going higher up the hill. At the end of the day this is the design the client was looking for so that’s what we went with, that is our largest motivator
Interesting fact, Pools use less water than grass. Prior to us starting his entire yard was grass, so after the initial filling his monthly water bill actually went down. And filling the pool was only a few hundred dollars so it has already surpassed what he would have spent on the grass
165,000 is ludacris. I see what you mean, the pool is larger than it looks so there is no way for anyone to hit the other side since the slide isn’t super steep. At the end of the day we bring to life our clients vision and this is what they wanted and they love it. Are you looking to get a pool?
Brother... I don't know who tf these people are but you can get this shit for way less the 165k to be honest. So if you have $500k you can absolutely get something 3x bigger. Fat Scam.

all that dirt on that hill is all going to get washed into the pool when they have a bad storm....should of put stones up there...other then that, it looks beautiful
Very nice, but that price is not realistic. I’m having a beautiful 35x18 kidney shape pool, jacuzzi, stamped concrete and a few extras. In the Southern California area. ($$$). Cheers !
As a pool builder in southeast Texas, I'll be the first to point out there's a large gap between your opinion and reality. How dense are you?
