ordered me one yesterday. Adding it to my Ibanez collection since my others are tuned for metal. Figured this could stay in standard or drop d. ! So excited. It's such a beautiful guitar and I have always wanted a hollow/semihollow guitar

I bought this guitar…rose colour…I bought it for $429.00 Canadian new), I guess nobody wanted a rose-colour guitar and I am still somewhat uneasy playing a rose-colour guitar in public…but it sounds and plays great. I have owned a Gibson 335 in the past, but I have bonded more tightly with the Artcore As73. I love the the thinner sounding pickups…(even Eddie VH apparently preferred the weaker sound humbuckers) but I guess I would refer the black model…but for $429.00 new, I am trying to bond with the colour. The quality and price of these guitars is exceptional…I would encourage anyone to purchase one!!! But be prepared you might after a while have to spend $200.00 to upgrade the machine/head tuners and the pots…but otherwise the quality build of the guitar is exceptional. You could replace the pickups if you wanted a heavier sounding guitar and still have a great guitar!!!.

@@stanislavmigra It's just a case of us being spoilt for choice, Bro. I get really overwhelmed with option paralysis, and I always suffer post purchase dissonance.
But then I remind myself that there are no bad choices, really, in this day & age, just an array of slightly different good choices. Don't beat yourself up over slight differences here n there.
With the Epi, at least you got the right shape and build template. That, coupled with Epi being owned by Big G, means you got the guitar that is going to be closer to the real thing. It just has to be!
..Having said all that..I think I'd have chosen the Ibanez!
