If you have a true passion for good food then you have a passion for giving and pleasing others. You have a love of family; friends and others who share your passions. Antonio Carluccio was not only a great cook but also a man who loved to give pleasure to people through his cooking. What a legacy he has left us all. Go home tonight and cook one of his meals for the people you love and raise a glass to salute a wonderful human being who got it; he got his priorities right. Ciao Bello. Resto nella pace.
