I’ve bought and commissioned probably 5 or 6 pedals from Make Sounds Loudly over the years and he really does make you whatever you want. He even made me a Dizzy Tone covered in Larry David’s face with little to no questions asked.
I saw them on the same weekend at same venue a day apart at the Sanctuary in Detroit, both times right by the very front of stage. My ears were ringing for days after.
speaking as someone who recently finally got a Dispatch Master, if you use it with the reverb turned off/all the way down it works amazingly well just as a dedicated Delay pedal with a ton of range. It sounds like a cross between a Carbon Copy and a DD-3, not too dark not too bright. And of course the reverb is good too when you do use it.
I’ve never heard of these guys before but Isaiah has really good tone & very tasty playing. Going to check them out as I bet they’re in my wheelhouse. Thanks EQD!
Isaiah is slowing turning into J Mascis (looks wise). I’d love to see them collaborate on something! Earthless meets Heavy Blanket was cool but we need more!!
excellent rundown. Get rid of that Flint, who needs a bunch of digital Reverb muddying up their sound? I swear there just has to be something better out there.
It's probably the short decay that cuts off, and the blend knob probably dialed back to let the dry signal breathe, that sounds off. But, having a short decay lets you leave it on the entire time and works well with distortion and fuzz! Longer decays are perfect for cleaner stuff
@@flyingteapot69No, I’m just identifying that Strymons “spring” is a thin, lifeless version of what real spring reverb sounds like, no matter the decay time.
One of the best guitar players out there, he's a wizard for sure! Love Earthless and EQD!
Yes, fantastic space-jam band. This what I imagined Hendrix doing when he was at his best.
Thank you!!!
True That 🔥🤘

I’ve been watching him for years and he makes great stuff at great prices!
I discovered Earthless & Elder in the same year. It's been a good one!

I'm sure he needs advice from some random dipshit on youtube
I saw them in Dingwalls, Camden Town, smoking cheap mota. Best gig of my life
Amazing tones. Everyone is still pretending Strymon spring verb sounds good huh? It’s the only thing on his board that sounds meh
