Still working on damage balancing, currently all incoming damage is reduced by 90% just because otherwise you die in 3 hits.

Huh. Looking at this from another player's perspective, I never realized how fast Sekiro moves.
I played sekiro first so it was hard coming to dark souls and not being able to move fast or jump 😅
Yet somehow those bullets still hits you

@@niogos needs deathblows when you break their posture without it, it's kinda broken. That and you need mikiri counters for thrusts.
Its amazing how well this works, considering it wasn't supposed to exist at all.

I hope you're saying that as a positive thing. I love Dark Souls 2 in general and even though it's cheesy, one of favorite weapons in the game is the Blacksteel Katana (for pve and pvp). And that's saying a lot because I prefer strength weapons and heavy armor (being a tank and smashing enemies and other players with a greathammer). You know what's funny though? I'm pretty sure I've never used a dark infused katana. My favorite build with a Blacksteel Katana was a dex-faith build. Think of a paladin type of character but with high adp fast rolls and delivering divine justice in the blink of an eye with her +10 Lightning Blacksteel Katana instead of a tank build. I had some good times with that character.
@@Knight_Of_Eleum_Loyce I also love DS2, but I accept that it has some issues. Katana counter damage, and really counter damage in general, is one of those issues. A weapon class that quick shouldn't be able to trade evenly (or favorably) with ultras.

I look at this as evidence that Sekiro is the strongest FromSoft protag.
If you could get a deathblow when you break your opponents posture. It would be perfect. I mean I don't even know if it's possible since enemies don't really get deathblows on you. Which I never even thought about until now but that really is a major advantage!!
The Owl can parry you with a makiri counter so it's not completely unheard of I guess, it's basically just a fancy grab attack, the only difference is that you get to come back to life while they get multiple heath bars
@ZephyrusAmadeus if you get posture broken infront of him and you don't recover fast enough he also steps on you and does a deathblow, but if you have enough health you can survive it
i can only imagine what a starwars game like this would look like.. even jedi fallen order if only had at least a pvp option or something , would've been wonderful

Online co-op mod would be amazing. Prolly need to cut damage dealt if/when both players are attacking the same enemy otherwise it would make the game a joke. Good work
You can do coop with that mod, and also both sekiro can do a crític to a boss at the dame time and deal a lot of damage, killing it instantly, doesnt matter ir the boss still have 2 life bars
Oh god you're one of those "needs to be balanced even though i clearly am a lower level and didnt put time in the game like my opponent did" players....
You know what would be cool? Since Sekiro is obviously not designed for co op, co op mods should double the enemies, increase by 1.5x or just increase the # of tough enemies by 1 or 2 in certain areas to make the game fit co op. Additionally, there should be double the bosses in the boss fights.
Edit: some boss arenas are way too small, such as the centipede slashing guy in the snake temple. So for bosses like that just significantly increase their posture and health, and make sure that they don't really stagger.
Nice now I might actually play this game, I missed co-op and invasions a little to much.

Probably because of the lag, imagine countering a plunge attack with server issues absolute nightmare. Also if you come up against a deflect god he'll just spam L1 and never attack you

So how does this work?
It's a mod that I've made that allows connections between players. I could make a video explaining it but it'd be very long and very boring, there will be more information when I release the mod soon(tm).

Hopefully the stealth system is implemented into PvP, otherwise ganks are going to be ludicrous to deal with.
