I already can smell how good this pho is through my computer!! Salivating! Also I already can see the changes from your weight loss journey, lookin good!!
Pho sounds delicious so I will have to try a vegan whole plant foods version but I couldn't tell if it would taste different because I haven't tried the non vegan (wouldn't want to try it). Enjoyed the video Maddie.
Woah. You’re a thumbnail QUEEN! It all looks so flawless. I’m happy to find this first one and finally say pho correctly. You have such a great spirit abs sense of humor and I have the feeling a very loving marriage. #kitchenenvyisreal
🤗🤗💕💕💕 Awww thank you so much!!! Really appreciate these kind words. The kitchen isn’t ours, but we are very fortunate to be able to use it! Hahaha. One day it will be though! 😊😊 This made my day. Thanks hun!
This is very untraditional, but when I make my veggie broth using veg scraps I add whatever spices. If I’m making pho then I add all the pho spices with the veggie scraps from my freezer and cook in the ipot on the broth setting. Works beautifully, mix it up and do Italian, Greek, Thai or Japanese (shiitake, ginger, soy sauce)
Omg this looks really good! I like the way you presented it with the seitan it honestly looked so appetizing! Thank you for the small details that makes following this recipe so easy! I can’t wait to try this recipe out soon! 🌱
I’ve never seen such a huge cardamom pod! What kind is it? Or do all come from this big one, and it’s just I never knew? When I Google cardamom, the green kind I have comes up only, so I don’t know! Very interesting.
Good question! It’s black cardamom. (I think also called brown cardamom.) 😃 You can see the differences here: spicyorganic.com/blogs/news/difference-between-black-cardamom-and-green-cardamom-usages-and-benefits-of-cardamom-in-food-and-ayurveda-medicines It’s quite a different flavor from the green cardamom! Should be available on Amazon if you look for black cardamom (or check the description box of this video! I’ve linked it!) But I’ve made pho without it before and it still turns out well. 😊
Looks delicious. Thanks so much for sharing 💞
You're very welcome! Glad you enjoyed it! 🤗🌱🌱
Another great recipe I can't wait to try! I'm really excited for this one, thank you!!!
Yay! So glad to hear that! You’re very welcome! 🤗🤗🤗💕🌱

Yes it is! So warm & comforting. Perfect for this snowy winter we’ve been having! ❄️❄️☃️☃️
I haven't had pho for a long long time. Maybe I should revisit that situation! 🍜
Most definitely! Such a comforting meal. I started wondering why we haven’t been making it more regularly myself after making this video! 😅

Hahaha yes, I do! I had a lot to say about this recipe because I believe there are a lot of details to it. 😄😄😄 Which part should be crispier? Thanks!
