Few strikers can dribble and have the pace Jackson has. He is really a special talent but still got a lot to learn. Want to see him next season in the CL already.

Yes Nicholas Jackson was brilliant last weekend and he was my MOTM. However when breaks throw and is one vs one with the goalkeeper I would like to see him hold on to the ball and go around the goalie more instead of just shooting it at goal which invariably gets blocked. I thought the second was better than first one. And again he was brilliant. I’m a fan who tends to be hardest on his favorites.
U want him to go around the keeper and do what he did against city in the fa cup semi final final last season? The outside the foot shot was really good, the keeper was not expecting it!
I disagree, I feel like him rounding the keeper has been his biggest issue in finishing. He needs to just slot it away more often rather than trying to walk it into the goal
If there’s an opportunity to sign an exceptional striker, I can see the value in perusing a deal. However, I think we’re in a position to back our boy Nico. The numbers are there, and we have cover in that position. Let’s see how potent our options prove to have been over the season, discover if we qualify for CL, and go from there as far as the market is concerned. The only exception to that is arguably if we need to make a decision on VO in January to have any chance of signing him. Ironically, come January we’d need Nico’s goals establishing us as top 4 to make such a move viable, because VO is a player to recruit with a view to preparing a squad capable of competing in both PL and CL. Without top tier European football on the agenda, we’d arguably be better served (all things considered), continuing to develop Nico, as the team as a whole matures.

I had an issue with his timing and decision making at times, but he's phenomenal if you ask me.

We always judge too quick. I have been a fan for too long to know that , time will tell. The means is time and the end is consistency .
