Woow amazing 👍👍keep spirit friends 💪
(Joking 😃 )amazing job Mauro, greetings from Spain!
Can i ask for how long time you have to mist the foliage 4 - 6 times daily ?
Mauro, why did you not fit stretcher handles to the sides of the box it will make it much easier to carry in the future? This is going to be one awesome tree in the future👍🇬🇧
Brian Kavanagh for move it there will be time 😉
@@MauroStemberger thank you.
Dedication is the path to success😊
Is it legal to dig big pines on the mountain? Amazing!
No it’s not, if it was in the park. Some public land they do not allow as well.
when was this yamadori performed? Did you put the tree in a greenhouse or something after repotting? or it's just staying in the place you show in the video?
Thanks for your videos and your lessons!
That is a covered place with shade net to protect from direct sun
And there is a misting system going on 5/6 times a day
Mauro Stemberger great video Mauro !, I’ve been waiting for it for a long time! How long you keep the yamadori out of straight sun?
@@JuanMartinez-kf5mq He said in a Video 1 year.
A beast of a tree!

Saludos artista
Vai fica show!!!!
bravo Mauro!
Best.... very good
Amazing tree and vid I live in central Canada never collected from such a dry soil situation . Amazed there was such a compact rootball . I realize there was a taproot but I would have expected long roots in search of water and very little close to the tree . Is that a normal situation in such a location
Bela planta muito bonito.....
Great video! may I ask where do you get the pure pumice?
I am ok with collecting it in a private land, but if it's public then I don't think it's fair towards other people .
Hello, congratulations on the video, spectacular work.
the video is from November, is that the collection date? Does the tree need protection for the winter?
Oscar Moreno the tree was under just a shade cloth during winter but in a place with no minus temperatures and the spring after grew very strong
I have some juniperus comunis growing on rock that are going to be destroyed by the new road. I don't know when they reach that kilometer, it may be that waiting for spring is too late. I will do it in the fall with shade and a warm bed for the winter. thank you
woooww amazing
I want to go collect something like that.
What brand are those bags of pumice?
Beautiful
How do you transport tree's to Europa. Because a cousin of mine has bought a mountain in the Sierra Nevada .
Top! Top! Top!
@@MauroStemberger Muchas gracias!!!
Respect from indonesian bro
incredible 😊👍👍🇮🇩
Amazing!
About this 24hrs resting on water before planting, is possible or do you put super thrive?
Gabriel Izeppe sure supertrive or b1h1 can help or any rooting hormones too
@@MauroStemberger what is b1h1???
#teamtrees or should we call it #teamyamadori?
Wow 👍👍👍👍👍
That is absolutely amazing! When you repotted it, did you only use pumice? Does it still get enough nutrients?
Harvest trees don't need nutrients Till roots have grown strongly Not to burn...
@@thegreenmanalishiyamadori371 I'm surprised it didn't die when cutting the tap root. When the soil is wet during the winter, does the tree grow more roots around the base of the trunk?
@@AnimationFilms101 its possible for a tree to grow new Roots even in Winter in warm periods... depending on species and circumstances
Plaese give the updates of this bonsai.
👍👌👌🙂
was this tahoe?
I like..👍👍🇮🇩
Is that your own land.if not ,is that legally to collect them ? Thank you......
Is legal if you have landlord permission
Damn ! I want to do this !
could you do a more detailed video for a collection?
Can we get a new video with this tree?
👍👍

video update
🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳🇻🇳
Under 8 minute video, with a 1 minute intro? What is this, Hulu?
Isn’t that elegal
Private land? Sure... as long as you don't get caught. Yeah, right.
Leave them alone. Stay out of our Sierran forests..we have too few Western Juniper as it is.
The tree most likely died
Jackpot
The attitude, the outfit, the way tree is handled ... there is no respect for nature whatsoever, just the usual greed and self centered rush for quick gain. I love bonsai but can’t see anything else than the usual pillage of nature in this behavior. Appalling for the bonsai community.
pierrolin everyone decide to do bonsai on his way. I d love to see your bonsai......
Yeah I have to agree , that tree does more good up there than in your yard, I could see if there was developing going on I could see the justify but this is terrible, because people see this and start pulling trees
@Mauroprentention (do I sense condescendance in your answer??). Will happily show them to you! They are based on a range of propagation techniques, from seedlings, to cutting, nursery material, garden material, and indeed also some yamadoris.
I am not against yamadori. I am troubled when it involves collecting trees which age and beauty goes so much beyond whatever artistic claim bonsai practitioners may have. There is an universal beauty in that tree and you use it for your own glory. Think about how long and which very specific conditions it would take, for nature to reproduce such a specimen. It is so unique that one can only doubt about the sustainability of “harvesting” such material.
Also, when I see some of the images in the video I am immediately reminded of hunters posing next to their endangered specie trophy. This doesn’t align well with what bonsai is - at least in my mind.
Completly disagree about the comparison with hunters . But anyway everyone is free to do bonsai as they like . That s my way !!!!!
pierrolin , thanks for your valuable input, Precious.
Why is it nobody should dig up a tree? Your house, bench, table, etc are made up of trees. Haven't you burned firewood? What's more wasteful or wrong? These tree are valued and not chopped up or painted over 🤔
3:59 Nice legs
I grew up and still live in that area.. I am highly disappointed in you. I have hiked these mountains just to enjoy these trees you are taking. I just hope This was private property, If so then good find. if its public you should be ashamed of yourselves
Read the description. But my standing is still strong about theft. Still I have to say good find but a photo would have been fine too
Collected with landlord permission
Vergüenza me daria.
Diego Alvarez Yo hago bonsai utilizando yamadori .

Disgusting
collecting? Looks more like stealing. I think I should go over to this guy's house and collect some of his things into my truck
Jaydee Bb The national forest is for ALL to use. And recently this tree probably has a better chance of survival with as many fires as we’ve been having.
@@mybackhurts7020 lol what country are you from in the United States national parks are protected you chop down a tree you go to prison
@@MrJaydeeznutz I think he's just stupid don't bother you with him he's probably just some hillbilly hick living up in the mountains with his cousin's
my back HURTS - So we make them disappear before they disappear??? Hum, interesting logic....
Should have left it where it was, nature shouldn't be taken for man's greed.
Greedy and unethical.
First you have plenty of trees, but also, You took a plant that was growing in the wild and put in a tiny box where only you get see it.
I don’t understand how this is an acceptable practice. The Japanese decimated junipers collecting them from there own forests
Go change your diaper crybaby. You don't even know what you're talking about.
Why are you here just to hate on yamadori?
I believe this is illegal. You cannot go dig up a tree in the forest
