Probably Dream Valley, as its really fun doing risk boosts off of almost everything. And there's that random jump on the boat section that allows you to go out of bounds momentarily with enough speed.
I wish other Sega franchises were included in this like Phantasy Star, Streets of Rage, Puyo Puyo, Bayonetta, and Daytona USA amongst others. Literally, having racetracks based on those franchises (and even Shenmue or Space Channel 5, which didn't get any) would have made this game better. And I agree with you, even after 10 years, I'm still bitter that Billy Hatcher, the Chuchus, and the Bonanza Brothers were excluded from being racers (or other cool characters like Toejam and Earl, Vectorman, Axel Stone, or Ristar who haven't been playable in a single game). I think we need a third All Stars Racing game with more content

Burning Depths is so much fun it feels like a top class theme park ride. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten frustrated on this track no matter how poorly I’m doing.
I just love the story to gameplay integration with it too. While other stages do get destroyed as you go through each lap, Burning Depths is the only one that really feels like you're racing for your life and not just dealing with a coincedence as in other stages, you technically aren't the target despite a war going on, but Burning depths, you're trying to escape the base as it floods. And seeing the Rangers themselves fly off to start the mission while the COM lady reminds you and them that the place is getting unstable and you need to get out of there adds so much to the adrenaline. It's one of the final stages and one of the hardest, and honestly, if the game had a proper story mode, it'd be so appropriate for a "final boss" stage.
My favorite is definitely Race of Ages. It feels like The Perfect Run from Super Mario Galaxy 2 or Champion’s Road from Super Mario 3D World but in a racing game.

I personally love Galactic Parade since it had a good theme based on SONIC Colors Starlight Carnival, and how it is just majestic flying in Space. If SEGA makes another All Star racing game, let's bring Galactic Parade some Sonic Colors Ultimate flair and also include Sega's Jurassic Park game
Although I do despise Ralph and Danica Patrick as much as anyone, I do love the pc exclusive characters, even though they're not related to Sega for the most part. They're just so funny and add enjoyment to the game for me. I do wish they would add more of Sega's classic characters, though...
Glad I'm not the only one who despises Danica Patrick, since she's just whatever, I brought the game to play as Sonic characters as well as other Sega characters from games I remember playing, not a damn celebrity racer who has no relationship with Sega whatsoever, atleast Wreck-it Ralph makes sense considering Sonic appeared in his Movie as a fun cameo, so I don't mind him being there, but with Danica? Why not just bring back one of the older characters like the Bonanza Brothers? Or Big The Cat Or even another Sonic characters like Rouge The Bat? Silver The Hedgehog? I mean those 2 literally appeared in the game but only as Stickers! I mean atleast their in Sonic Team Racing atleast
Since no one mentioned this, I'd like to point out that the devs showed the Rouge's Landing track to the Skies of Arcadia creator and she cried tears of joy. If that's not a sign that this game pays homage to Sega's legacy and then some, then I don't know what is

It's still jarring to see a real-world celebrity racing alongside a blue cartoon hedgehog, a magic ninja, a fantasy dwarf, a non-binary dream wizard, and an anime sky pirate among others, but at least her reason for being in the game is somewhat understandable. That being said though, they absolutely should have brought back Billy Hatcher and the Bonanza Bros. I do agree with that

I was honestly so surprised to see Burning Depths at number 1. It used to be my second least favorite track, only under Sunshine Tour. I've come around a bit but I still don't find it that enjoyable. Graveyard Gig and Race of Ages are my two personal favorites.
This game has a very steep skill curve compared to typical games. Burning Depths seems impossible to new players, but as you get better, you start to appreciate how challenging it is to manuver and realize that the early stages are kind of boring as there aren't many ways to cut off opponents, take risky trick jumps and capitalize on well maintained drifts. Like in Ocean view, once you have a lead, you're not ever being caught, but in Burning Depths or Graveyard Gig, it's anyone's race as a single slip up can cost you, but it can also cost your opponents too so it's not totally unfair or luck like Mario Kart.
Burning depths is prob my least favourite cause, being an ages main, i always crash to the walls with how tight the curves are 😅. Also in the pc version the ramp in the water section of lap 2 8 times out of 10 act like a wall, making me lose the race
Excellent list! I personally do think you should’ve ranked “Dragon Canyon” higher due to it’s creativity. I do agree with Burning Depths’ placement however!

Carrier Zone is WAY up in my personal ranking. Maybe even 1st. Graveyard Gig is one of the best too. But... Burning depths?? Frustrating heck of a level, nope. Way down.
I have to disagree with graveyard gig the tight 90 degree turns make it difficult to drive and the electric panels have no anticipation making that boost useless and teasing
I dislike Chilly Castle and Galactic Park so much they have caused me so much pain and hell in World Tour mode in the 3ds. They have a hot rod only race on Galactic Park

If you try to get platinum with Chilly Castle in time trials mode you KNOW how bad it is. Great list tho and other than that track, every single one of them are good to great
