Pokemon Legends Z-A is a spinoff title, this is the 2nd game in this spinoff series where it takes place in Luminos City which is the biggest Pokemon city and within the Kalos region (Pokemon X/Y). We are speculating it takes places immediately after the great war where we have to rebuild the city since the great war destroyed everything. Zygarde will play an important role in some way just based on how the Z was made with the logo. Kalos has the best lore by far in the entire city so this game has a ton of hype behind it with its announcement. Followed up by the Unova region (Pokemon Black/White / Black2/White2) which also has the best story in the whole series. You should give Pokemon Legends Z-A a try Rob, you would like this a lot more than the main series since this is also made with an older audience in mind. It still has turned based combat, but done differently than the main Pokemon series - everything else is structured very differently.
I can safely say I totally agree with like, everything you say. Like, when you mention sales being slowed down, I think it’s worth keeping in mind that the first half of 2024 when we got those numbers, it was a lot slower of a year without much of any big first party releases. Maybe the second half of the year, especially with as big a seller as Mario Party is likely to be, will pick up. Of course, I mostly say this since I saw radical Switch 2 reveal fans looking at those sales numbers and crying out “OH, NINTENDO *NEEDS* TO REVEAL SWITCH 2 NOW OR THEY’RE GONNA DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE AS A COMPANY!” Maybe not to that exaggerated of a response, but you get my point. But to the rest of the video, I definitely agree. Like, I was never super confident in September, even if I did consider it possible. And sure, when the rumors came around, I was thinking it was likely, but never outright a guarantee. I do think October is very plausible, though. But I’m also willing to consider the curve balls they could throw. Maybe we get an OCTOBER Direct for Switch 1. Maybe we get nothing and wait until November, December, or even January or February. It's over
Will Nintendo lower the price of Switch after the Switch 2 reveal, that would signal to me a January reveal because holiday bundles are already announced. Or Switch 2 will be 150 dollars more and that would suggest a before holiday reveal not harm8ng the holiday value proposition for original Switch.
Z = "Zed" not "Zee", say it right.
gotta love that brittish sarcasm.

I'm confident that we will see the Switch successor in the coming weeks. Let Nintendo do their thing. They'll prolly got something going behind the scenes.
