I purchased a new RF 6-speed manual in 2018. I absolutely LOVE this car! I’m 75 years old and grew up with GTO’s and Firebirds and lots of time at drag strips. Those were great times but this is different. This is a true sports car. It is so much fun . . . my wife (73) loves to drive it. Excellent quality and reliability.
I've only driven one Miata, and it was a 200 mile trip on flat Florida roads. The model was a 95 or so and very low options. I was stunned at how well it drove and handled. Every Mazda I've driven since then just seems like a lot of vehicle for the money. I could convert my fleet to Mazda and save some cash.
Nice! I'm sure that trip was a blast, and yea really love how these Miata's handle. Mazda def delivers in terms of value and nowadays I'm noticing a lot of nice Mazda dealerships similar to Subaru which is great
I own a Shelby GT500 2022, my friend has a Miata and I drove it last week. I have to say I was amazed how good it felt. Specially switching gears, it was a lot of fun and its handling is really good. I liked it so much I’m getting me one now😂
It truly is a car that anyone can appreciate no matter what vehicle they are coming from, glad you're buying one and massive congrats on the Shelby as well! The GT500 is another one of my favorites Shelby nailed it with that car, enjoy!
Great video-very informative for potential buyers! The Miata is truly legendary, and I plan to purchase an RF model to add to my collection. It’s a car I intend to keep for a lifetime. I do have a concern about the Shark Fin Antenna for Sirius XM. Since this technology may become obsolete in the future-either due to changes in antenna design or Sirius XM discontinuing its service-I’m worried about ending up with an unused fin or a hole with glue on my trunk at car meets. Would it be possible to order an RF trim without the Shark Fin Antenna and without a hole on the trunk? This is very important to me, and I’d greatly appreciate your input. Regards,
Thank you bro would love to get your thoughts on the little Miata! I really love the design of this car usually I like something bigger but I think Mazda really made this work!
I have sold my BRZ because of the annoying engine sound. Occasionally there is an annoying droning engine noise that BRZ claims it is their characteristic.

Epic little car.
It really is! Such an event to drive
A truly amazing car.
So the Brembo/BBS/Recaro package costs the same as a used NA or NB Miata. :-)
What is even the point of this comment? You want a 25 year old car or you want zoom zoom?
You get a zooming hit in depreciation you dupe @@danw9520
so only one of the models has a gimped differential? Why?
Nope, the mx5 should have a selection of FUN bright colors
Yo my bro 🤝😎👍🏾👍🏾.

So nothing changed from a 2024 Mx5
Yep. Only the new color options if you go for the 35th ann. edition.
