Apparently Koreans are taught history like Americans. Turkey had a lot of troops in Korea under the UN for the war.
Because some wish to to make an issue. I believe the Turkish soldiers sent to the Korean Peninsula were professional and proud Turks. They fought well and represented Turkey well as Turks.
But the truth is, most turkish troops dispatched to Korea were Kurdish Turks.
