It’s always a great day when The Eriksson Family posts a video! We enjoy seeing the work you have put into your MOCs. In particular the Seashell Hotel and Elementary School are our favourites. Well done! I wonder if the Boutique Hotel would display better from across the street where the pub is currently sitting? Although that might mean redoing the pub as a mirror build so it can go where the new hotel is planned 🤔 Either way it is looking great!
Thank you very much, Adam! I love building MOC's! It's actually the only buildings I get to build myself, the official sets are all built by my kids! =) We'll be building the Boutique Hotel soon and then we'll place it in our city. We'll try a few different places for it for sure.

The city looks great. I still need to add both the bookshop modular and boutique hotel to my city. Both are sitting under my review table along with a few other larger sets I have been putting off for too long. Most importantly the 3 in 1 creator ferris wheel and the sesame street and whinnie the pooh ideas set.

@@theerikssonfamily I love city but I need taller buildings in my city so that is why I do the modulars. Still thinking about the daily bugle set but before I do that I have to do the 1989 batwing set. I got the batmobile for Christmas which is now retired so I don't know if I will build it or keep it as an investment.
I wish I had more sets for investment, but I'm constantly out of LEGO money! I guess I could hit the Brick Bank! 😊
@@theerikssonfamily I have a few of the recent city farm sets sealed as investments since lego barely does farm sets and those older ones go for quite a bit 10 plus years later.
The latest tractor is a beauty!
