Those looking for an EV in this price range should really try the XC40 or Ionic 5.
It's really hard to ignore double the power which many would argue can be a safety feature to shoot you out of trouble.
Once you've experience that instant power, it's very hard to go back.

I get it, sharing platforms significantly reduces costs of engineering. Making EVs basically doubles your model lineup, just like what VW is doing, cost cutting where you can, which is why the VW Golf and Audi A3 aren’t as premium as they used to be.
But not developing an EV from the ground-up is so inefficient. Packaging, space, performance, economy. All the engineering advantages that an EV supposedly has over ICE vehicles are almost non existent here.
Nevertheless, it’s true that 8.9 sec to 100km/h isn’t slow, however it is slow for an EV. Hafriz says that everything is decent. And the title says that it’s a good EV. Being decent is not good enough. It might be a good car by all measures, but it’s a badly engineered EV.

This EQA can hardly put a smile on the drive ( slow) and the rear seat bench height is quite low ( like squatting).
Better go for XC 40 and Ionic 5
