Egypt's proposal is completely meaningless, as it absolves Israel of ALL war crimes committed and the genocide carried out without stopping in Gaza. At the same time, it condemns Hamas WITHOUT TRIAL, without giving the people of Gaza an opportunity to justify themselves for the 75 years of attacks they have received from Israel.
1-) Politically, Hamas has the right to demand that Israel leave the occupied territory, it must make requests in international justice.
2) Hamas can declare the unilateral independence of the Gaza Strip, appoint a government, initiate a constitution, appoint an ambassador to the United Nations. This temporary government can be based in another country, until Israel completely leaves Gaza, and the international community can come in with the Gaza government and rebuild everything that was destroyed. Hamas could even schedule elections for parliament and presidency as early as 2024, authorizing global online votes.
Remembering that the UN cannot deny the request to create a new country, nor refuse a request to analyze the licensing of an ambassador.
3) The coalition/appointed governemnt can request international recognition for the creation of a new independent country and appoint diplomats to countries that recognize the new country.

5) The new country must be democratic and secular, with full freedom of religious expression and an independent judiciary, Gaza would be what Israel was supposed to be when it was created and Israel has lost itself in religious extremism and autocracy that is always leading to wars ''biblical'' tha NO LONGE FIT.
Israel is not committing war crimes or genocide. You don't even know the meaning of those terms. 75 years of attacks from Israel? Israel captured Gaza in 1967 and left it in 2005. That comes to 38 years that Israel occupied Gaza which it doesn't now. Hamas doesn't have the right to demand anything.
