This short film reminds me of my school days. The washroom scene is so accurate, the helplessness we feel at times just because of periods. Creating an environment where we can feel comfortable talking about it and making sure that any one can ask for any kind of help if the need arises, specially in case of little girls who are hesitant and don't exactly know how to deal with it if something goes wrong.

I agree... First of all we need to stop pitying ourselves... Its the way God made us and we should be proud of it rather than complaining. I didn't like the part where the girl after coming out of washroom says i feel dirty...
I am going through my periods and I am a 12 years old girl. I completely understand that unbearable pain but the boys of my class always make fun of it. There are some boys who tease me showing red cushions and even girls are uncomfortable to talk about it. Even in this generation taboo is above education. I feel like in what the hell we are living where there is no respect for women. But I really feel good that I am turning into a women who is is strong. Coming to the fact that this is our struggle due to which humans exist, I AM PROUD TO BE A GIRL 👑 👑 👑...
my husband is taking care of me during my period days .he don't have sisters. but he knows about it he is educated. I never buy pads he is one who buy for me the good quality. every mens should knows about it and respect for it.
It is so surprising that people still think period blood is dirty. You should thank the girls so go through pain and discomfort of periods to give birth to future generations. Imagine you marry someone and she does not get her period?
@Abhinav Rajput you fool first get some education and then talk to her. If someone would say it to your mother then how would you feel. Your mother gave birth to you and every girl and women have this and if you think that men started this, then you should marry a men and not a women.
@Abhinav Rajput first of all, you are very uneducated and second, that you don't know how to write. It's "century" not "centuary". And agar tumhare periods hote tab tumhe pata chalta saale chutiye
@Abhinav Rajput your mother should not give birth to you,you DUMBASS,If your mother would not have periods, then you can not take birth and show your male power, understand you MORON,JUST GO TO HELL🤬🤬
I think this particular film is for uneducated people n we should definitely share this movie with them to educate them n make them realise d greatness of women
I rebuked some guys when they laughed as one of my classmates got her period, she was in tears and this happened when we're in 10th grade. Those guys were big but when this happened all that fear of facing them on something we've to undergo for months and ages altogether got my rage kicking in. PS- I wish back in those days schools could raise some kind of awareness regarding period and girls. Even though I detest my own period and cramps that I get every month I have tremendous respect for women folk all across the world, how despite all that pain and anxiety they go to work and carry on about their day to day life. 💜 There are men/boys who are really supportive and understanding as well, so there's the spectrum where you get two sides and of those many I've found that goodness in my own father and cousin brothers. 💜
I just couldn't have imagined such a video's existence. Thanks for making such a video and making me feel good happy🥰. I wish everyone could make a woman around him or her comfortable. 🤗
In my school their was a stain on my skirt and a guy told me saying people here will start making fun of u He even bought pads from my bag for me This was first incident in which I realised that I can ask about pads apart from father and mother also
But it is the fact.... And that is the reason of life of all men and women.. It is the preparation of birth... if mating is done or else naturally it disseminates... like we do toilet every day.. urine evry 4 hours and extract breathe every second... as a waste..
Masha Allah very very Informative message we All Should understand d Pain of our Mother , Sister's, n Daughters, Great Job done by excellent Team wow 👍👌👌👌✌

And i think that it is not a disease or illness it is natural......but still people feel uncomfortable to speak about this matter but not me.....
I'm personally really open about stuff like this, I'm the youngest in my family and I've grown in a house where I only have sisters so I know quite alot of stuff about periods. Periods are not disgusting, *Break The Taboo.*
@Shinobi Showdown You are talking about the law brother... Some people like my sis suffer from PCOD probs where they suffer heavy periods 20-25 days a month.. People at homes and work don't understand and care to take her to doc or give her leave for treatment.. they have to suffer on their own.
This is not a bad thing it is only a natural process and this is God gift for women that they have ability to produce living organism and I m also a girl and I m proud on every girl that they have period 🙂🙂🙂

You hit right. Our so called modern society is utterly hypocrite while accepting Period as a very normal physiological issue. A vast majority of people, even the womenfolks, just feel shy to talk about it with due care and empathy for silly reason, and also for prudish concept. It is hightime to shake off this stupidness and think of the Period issue with a positive mind. Also kudos to all who are associated with making this beautiful film.
When he said about the ' knife stab' concept, it is really superb. It's a pretty common process. I pursued science stream and I know everything about this. Why Indian are still not trying to improvise this type of usual matter of concern? Period is a symbol of motherhood and every girl should be treated well by the opposite gender also.✌🏻Loved your video .
Going through periods is hard. But as a girl I am so proud of myself. We give birth to the next generation. It's not something to be embarrassed about. Even men are born because of periods

I am not a girl but I am so happy to have a younger sister.....salute to every women for being women... it's not easy to bear the pain... Girl's have the power so God has given periods to them not us....it would be very good if a women can give birth without periods...so that they don't have to bear the pain but it's the procedure....wish science could make anything like this.....anyway...... salute to every girl......and happy women's day ( it's not 8th march but everyday is women's men's and everyone's day)....

This topic concerns every single person on this planet, let alone India. We all have or had a mother (and some have sisters, wives and daughters); therefore, this topic must be near and dear to everyone, period.
It's really hard to work in this condition. I don't know why Government isn't able to bring any kind of bill for that time of month! I mean just imagine..how hard it'd be for women to work with the pain! Nobody talks about it but it's a real thing! We are sometimes pressurized to work in that situation which is unbearable for us.. Just imagine! Glad somebody raised this topic that too what happens in a work place.
Thanks for opening up the minds of men who are blind to such sencetive issues of all ladies be it their mother sisters wives. Some women should also be educated on such issues that's is a normal life cycle in women and not treat their daughters or daughter in law as untouchable for those days and this happens only in India I guess. Grt Video 👍👏
Very well presented This is the need of the hour Changing the mentality #padman has played a major role in creating awareness about this topic but yes frequent revisions as this need to be done. Thanks to the team. well done

7:58 That was Next level Savage!!
I appreciate boys like him so much.✨
my husband is taking care of me during my period days .he don't have sisters. but he knows about it he is educated. I never buy pads he is one who buy for me the good quality.
every mens should knows about it
and respect for it.
You are very very lucky to have such a husband♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
It is so surprising that people still think period blood is dirty. You should thank the girls so go through pain and discomfort of periods to give birth to future generations. Imagine you marry someone and she does not get her period?
Dr
@Abhinav Rajput you know what , there's something called "education" . I guess you've never heard of it. Do check it out .
@Abhinav Rajput your mother should not give birth to you,you DUMBASS,If your mother would not have periods, then you can not take birth and
show your male power, understand you
MORON,JUST GO TO HELL🤬🤬
I think this particular film is for uneducated people n we should definitely share this movie with them to educate them n make them realise d greatness of women
Very right
My eyes just filled with tears after hearing to her words 🥺🥺🥺
I'm literally crying when Natasha hug's her mam and say to her feeling's 😭
Ooooohhh....she acted just awesome 😘
Thank you so much for appreciating. Means a lot. ❤️
I played the role of Natasha in this short film.
Going through pain is painful but it's more painful when the pain is pinched
In my school their was a stain on my skirt and a guy told me saying people here will start making fun of u
He even bought pads from my bag for me
This was first incident in which I realised that I can ask about pads apart from father and mother also
the same happened with me even with pad i got a stain on my track pant so my fellow guy companion helped me so that others cant make fun of me
I swear think a tear slippedI my eye when she said "I feel so dirty right now"
Periods are normal. Society is strange.
Yeah i feeling so badd for her 🤧
I am so lucky to have such a family my father, brother and my mother they massage my legs ...without any hesitation with love...
U r Blessed
@@Shilpi654 I know right
The line "if your mom didnt get periods , she couldn't give birth to u" made me really sad .
I went through the same situation........when i was just in class 6 suddenly my period had started....when it was bleeding everyone laughed at me and i was very embarrassed .....but my friends supported me....after that i did not get embarrassed..... And i think that it is not a disease or illness it is natural......but still people feel uncomfortable to speak about this matter but not me.....
How can people unlike this vdo!! Gazab ki mentality h unn logo ki🤣
The last part was good
Glad that boys today are actually not ashamed to be talking about it
I literally cried when she said I am feeling dirty..😭. Why people thinking is like this,,why.
I'm personally really open about stuff like this, I'm the youngest in my family and I've grown in a house where I only have sisters so I know quite alot of stuff about periods.
Periods are not disgusting, *Break The Taboo.*
Hi BLINK! I'm also an ARMYONCEBLINKEXO-L! 😆
I m happy that today boys are also start talking about this.. when my period started I also have the same mentality that why don't I become a boy...
This is very important topics periods is common please don't think wrong ok about periods this is god gifted for women's they feel so much pain
I'm watching this when I'm on my period ❤👍🏻
I am also on my periods now 😁
Me too
Hey me too 😄
Me too
Same😊
Guys it's 2020, 🙏we all need to be educated there no need to be ashamed, women bleed, periods is a natural thing, if you can't support never ever hurt them! #super_women❤️💓, great move Sheetal didi! 👍, happy women's day to all the amazing women heroes out there! ❤️
Thankyou for appreciating our efforts. I played the lead Natasha’s role in this short film.
Great information.. about Menstruation & Hygiene.. We must respect every Women... 😊🙏💖✨️
Something worth watching. Break the taboo! There is nothing bad in this! Change your thinking and change the thinking of people around you. Great job!
Superb performance by all👌👍👰happy women's day👰
These people like (rakesh) spoil the society
Yeah !
I really had tears in my eyes by seeing this...bcz same thing is happening with every girl😣
Going through periods is hard. But as a girl I am so proud of myself. We give birth to the next generation. It's not something to be embarrassed about. Even men are born because of periods
Periods ka koi substitute nahi hai...every woman has to go thru it...she wants or not...proud to b a woman
M on my periods.😁and watching this video the good thing thing is that its my 4th day and thank god my body is relaxed right now bcoz the first two days always so difficult for me I shiver, I sweat and uuf back pain and the bad part when someone doesn't take us serious. 😒
We all need to be aware about it, there is nothing to be ashamed. Thanks for making such an inspiring short film.😇😇😇
It's really necessary to keep awareness about to the periods
I am not a girl but I am so happy to have a younger sister.....salute to every women for being women... it's not easy to bear the pain... Girl's have the power so God has given periods to them not us....it would be very good if a women can give birth without periods...so that they don't have to bear the pain but it's the procedure....wish science could make anything like this.....anyway...... salute to every girl......and happy women's day ( it's not 8th march but everyday is women's men's and everyone's day)....
Vry well said brother.
Respect for you brother, you understand our pain.
But guys like u still do exist..... feeling happy for dat.... thnx bro
This video deserve how girl suffer pain , getting fake smile , concentration in studies & periods , fitness , ignore stereotypes , also being in angry and follow rules of like don't go temples in periods days salute to you 🙏.
When ever I got periods I saw this type of video
Amazing information guys....I'm really suffering a lot through these days...high pain and 2 days excess bleeding....Every men and women should aware about how important is a period.....
A guy opened my school bag zip in tution and my pad fell out of when i was about to go home... everyone laughed at me and until now some girls from tease me and make me feel so down about it but i dont care nowadays as this is gods gift...
u r supposed to reply to such girls...Y THEY DOES NOT HAVE THIS PERIODS..WHAT IS THERE TO LAUGH IN THIS ??raise ur voice dont mind what others will think..specially to those girls who laughed
@@anaghablayil6931 I have given them such counters asking if they dont bleed but they come from orthodox families and act like periods are a punishment and something so dirty
Periods are Natural!!!!!! Nothing to feel ashamed about it!!!! PROUD TO BE A WOMAN!!!
I am 15 its been a long since i got my periods, before i thought it is just a headache now i realise that, without a woman there is no man. My biggest flex is i have regular periods and a healthy body! I have no shame to say that
I watch this vdo on my first period today is the 3rd day but i feel so positive am not crying. proud of all girls
Very nice educational short movie 👍✌️ need to promote such movies in school n college. Hope this movie win award it is very rare to see educational movies brave move to this MOVIE Team🌟☺️🙂
A video for change 👏👏👏Everyone should talk about periods to avoid women getting embarrassed in society!! It's not at all a matter of shame... Infact we're proud to bleed! 👍👍👍👍👍
Do companies in India gives a day off/one day leave during periods every month? I think some companies do. Not sure though.
Thank you for this video i am 10 iam a girl i am searching about period i learned some times from this video
Very well presented
This is the need of the hour
Changing the mentality
#padman has played a major role in creating awareness about this topic but yes frequent revisions as this need to be done.
Thanks to the team. well done
Very Important issue it is...
And the pain through which a lady have to go through from an early age to 50s ...
More Power to All Ladies...
🙏 जगत जननी माता पार्वती
Breaking the taboo! Wonderful concept and film. Great work done by the actors. I loved this girl’s acting. So natural.
i'm so glad that i never faced something yet, i'm 18 and i've been comfortable to talk about periods with the males around me, be it my dad, brothers or male friends. I really thank their mother who taught them well. things like these actually happen when women with sons forget them to teach about menstruation. Which makes life difficult for other women. 🙃🙃🙃🙃
I don't feel awkward though I don't have any girl in my family. It's all about responsibility and respect.
Really it's a very good, important and valuable vedio for all. And who shoot this vedio, thank you so much to all🙏💖
Wow! Beautifully portrayed... a very good topic to bring out the sad state and sad mentality about women. Kudos Amirr Zafer and team
M.M. R. ,Another communal idiot!!
A period is nothing to be ashamed of, we need to understand that. It is nothing to laugh at. It is just a normal thing happen to every wife.
mam is very cute I like the way she brought clothes and pads❤❤in that time we need people like that
Really loved it 💜
Such an important message!
I'd love to live in a society where people won't look at you strangely while buying a pad/tampon :)
If I don't get the chance, then maybe my daughter or granddaughter.
WoW...what an awesome video it is👍...I really wanna suggest this video to all of them who are still thinking periods🩸 a misleading thing in this improving world...🌎
But I still encourage those persons like the one in this video with black shirt...it will definitely provide some enthusiasm to us that yes some people are there who thinks positive about it...heads of to that guy..once again 😊😊🤟🤟
