What a class act James Drury is...I would LOVE to meet him someday and tell him how much I've enjoyed his performances. God Bless Peter Breck!!
Probably Robert Fuller along with Peter Breck gave me some of my favorite moments watching tv. The Big Valley wouldn't have been half as big without Peter..a handsome and gracious man. Hope he's at peace..I'll miss him.

Lucky enough to get to see Peter Breck on stage in 1982-3 in a North Carolina outdoor production of "The Rainmaker.' A very intense, committed actor.

Mr. James Drury, what a class act. I too grew up watching the Virginian and The Big Valley and now are watching them again on DVD. Peter Breck in my opinion made The Big Valley what it was, a fantastic story of a Californian ranch family and its stories of the west. I agree with Mr. Drury that ensemble of actors was fantastic. I hope the new motion picture The Big Valley gets made and it will be a shining tribute to Peter Breck and the American western.

When I was a kid we entertained the stars at the local dinner club, Yvonne DeCarlo, Scott Brady just to name a couple. But, Peter Breck was always my favorite. He would actually hang out with my brother and I, he treated us like he didn't mind having kids around, unlike Yvonne. Sad to have learned of his passing.

I remember Peter Breck in a movie titled "Shock Corridor". He played a reporter who went undercover as a patient in a psychiatric hospital for the purpose of finding out about a suspected murder and abuse of the patients He never quite made the big time but he had acting talent.

One awesome tribute to Mr. Peter Breck. He and Mr. James Drury were both outstanding actors and it was a pleasure to grow up watching them both on the TV screen. It is such a shame to watch these fine actors aging and passing away, but then again we are all aging with them and good ole'"Father Time" is taking his toll on us all. Television is nothing today as it was in them days. Not even close. Stupid ridiculous, stupid, waste of film, shows such as "Kendra on top, Braxtons, Kardashians, and all the rest of them no talend "Hos" have contaminated the cameras with a nasty stank so bad, they will never be the same!!!
It's nice to hear Mr. Drury talk about Peter. I loved The Big Valley and Peter. It was a shame he had dementia. RIP Mr. Breck. You brought a lot of joy to millions of people.
Loved Peter Breck as a young girl and admired him all his life!! This was posted a few years ago now, but the Tribute Mr. Drury was wonderful!! I feel the same way about you and many people from those days ;) Just finished watching the Virginian start to finish AGAIN and the Big Valley before that ;) The men and women of this era were a huge influence on my life and I am thankful that you were all part of it!!! RIP Peter Breck, you are gone but will never be forgotten in my world!!
