You know what I find sad about all the reviews i read on space force? None of the reviews talk about how well they deal with the interpersonal issues.
I was in the military and my dad was in the military. I moved a lot as a child. I was in prison for 10 years. I am Asian and have relationships with other races.
They deal with those plus political and other relationships rather well. Its not deep phycology, but they talk about it and give them food for thought and discussion.
Yes it's funny as hell, to make fun of the government, its oxymoron the intelligence and space force itself.
But the issues that this show touches on is real, both the personal and the government stories. I think they did a really good job on them.
I was prepared to dislike this show because of the name. I am glad i took a chance.
The scene in the prison conjugal room where they decided to have an open relationship because they didn't want the other to be unhappy, and yet he was opposed to it at first, made me sad. I never even thought of this situation.
