Its OK not to be a Dispensationalist and a fundamentalist southern Baptist I know I was one for about the first 47 years of my life its not like they go to Heaven and everybody else goes to Hell.

Very well said, Hank. I've spent the last few years considering the "Beast" as a system, rather than a person. The spirit of antichrist is that of which that denies the diety of Jesus.
The book of revelation shouldn't be taken literally here & figuratively there
Me too, as I've dug into it during COVID I too have found that my surface level dispensational thoughts come primarily from the 19th century shift that occurred from the likes of Darby and Scofield and then perpetuated from DTS. It was a wake up for me when I found out Daniel 9 was all about Jesus and totally completely fulfilled, and that the word "antichrist" is NEVER used in the book of Revelation. Once I had those questions planted, it's been a fun journey to finding what the Bible really says. Hank has been a huge help. Blessings!
