White Hard-neck

Welcome back to, Doug Doing Demos. In this video I show how I harvest my White Hard-neck Garlic. It's July 19th 2023 and my garlic is ready. The ground is on the dry side but not to dry so it was very easy pulling up the garlic bulbs. I also show how I tie up and hang the garlic to cure for 10 to 14 days.
