Wow this is such a blessed run! +3 mail of swiftness is insane this early! The food and damage savings will carry forward so much, especially now that your waterskin is full and you have the petrified seed for more dewdrops! I think if you wanted to you could probably stop eating from now until the Metropolis, and possibly even stop eating for the rest of the entire run! Someone posted a run on Reddit the other day (Am I doing this "On Diet" challenge right?) where they ate 0 food for an entire run with the On Diet challenge enabled! They were on a Warlock so they got a ton of sustain from soul mark but I think your sustain with dewdrops and that good armour is equally strong!
Wowie! Welcome back! Cool plan with going for heroic leap to deal with levitation rooms! I think it might not work for the 4-chest room (with keys on the 4 corners) but there may be other tricks you can use...
I think the 4 chest rooms usually just have coins and such, I don't think I've gotten keys or strength potions / upgrades from them before. Sorry your name sounded like Chungli not Chongli.
you can get around chasm/trap rooms with stones of blink & there is a spell that remotely grabs items. You can also alcimize a levitation potion to turn into a water potion that can turn into 8 mini water potions, that does replace traps Also for rings, there are icons for the right effects. For example, the right of wealth has a little purple sheild icon
Oh yeah some notes about the petrified seed: seeds alchemize into 2 energy but runestones give 3 energy, so getting a runestone instead of a seed is a 50% upgrade. The +3 petrified seed converts 80% of all seed drops from grass into runestones, so that works out to 40% more free alchemy energy from grass overall (80% x 50% = 40%). Now having said that, you'll probably want to be careful with all of your remaining seeds so you can use them on tipped darts and things like that. Also, some of the runestones may be able to help you solve the puzzle/trap rooms without needing to use a potion!
@@wallyksilva5281 right but stones and other thrown weapons deteriorate with use. Why would you use stones to trigger traps when you can throw unused armor etc to trigger traps?
8:56 Wow! Almost lost the challenge on floor 2 but got saved by the dangerous potion warning! That is really funny!
hehe misclicked there.

lol so no food just dewdrops?
@@runningfromcake Yeah! No food, just dewdrops and potions of cleansing (and ankhs if you're really desperate!)
5:00 that's actually not true, for some reason, enemies will happily walk over undetected traps.
Ojalá yo hubiera sabido eso antes, justo ayer me morí en una partida con 6 desafíos a causa de eso 🥲
dang, I didn't know that.
hey 20:36 using the new UI you can make notes directly on the game! hit the + button at the top right of that adventuring notes interface you were on
ah yeah thanks!
i think enemies could walk on hidden trap tiles without triggering it, so it doesnt mean the place is safe.
I've always thought they couldn't, but I've been wrong on many things.

@@runningfromcakeThey are secret rooms thus they can't have strength/upgrade

nice thanks for the tips ,that will help work around the challenge.

nice thanks for breaking it down! blink stones FTW!
Finally a new video, where have you been?
I had to take a lil break, thanks for sticking around!
actually you can beat that challenge truly,by upgrading the potion of strength to elixir of might, but it is bit overpriced.
13:05 may I ask why you didn't stomp all the grass before you left the level?
I'm used to playing with the barren lands and on diet challenge on.
I've never been able to figure out how to use the magic catalyst
you put it in the alchemy pot to make a random trinket.
so does the stone not deteriorate when you use it to trigger a trap like a fire trap/
I think only the explosiom ones destroy stones.
fire only destroys burnable items (like scrolls) or cooks meat

correct the durability does not go down.
@@torenatkinson1986 doenst it only goes down when hitting enemies?
