Chanelette, a VW Beetle is a great choice! I had mine for 16 years and then sold it when it had 455 thousand kilometres on it and wanted something newer. I still got $2000 for it even though it was 16 years old with so many kilos. It was still running perfectly!

That's good, it means the sound is clearer but the volume has to be increased, I'll fix that:)
Maybe someone else can help with this, but I know I've seen things that you can buy to go over the tips of the heals to protect them. They remind me of ink pen caps but are made for protecting the tips of those Valentinos. 😄 I cannot remember where I saw them or what they are called, but it might be worth looking into.

There are protectors out there to keep from scratching up your heels. Check Amazon and the like to find them. I know they are out there. Happy Belated Birthday.
I know they exist, dancers use them but they look vile. Can't put those atrocious plastic things on gorgeous heels. As much as I'd love to protect them. I guess I'll just have to be careful and see where I walk:)
