Washing machine suggestion (potentially): replace the kitchen island ti have better storage for all the crockery/glassware. Install washing machine in the kitchen cupboard. This is what we do in Europe in small spaces 😂 not sure if works in the US. Also, can i just say, this is the best stocked air bnb i’ve seen! Very thoughtful. Even a steamer!
dude this place is amazing! i would keep the space in front of the door not filled for ppl who may put their suitcase there. i find the desk may not be necessary since you have that island

There's a lg laundry single unit machine that both washer and dryer. Maybe put it front of the entry door that don't get used
