other dam shelter workers need to be like this guy..he obviously understands that being aggressive in a shelter does not mean aggressive in real life..love this...so sweet thank you thank you
Omg thank the Lord for people like this. these dogs dont have a chance its terrible what people do to their animals. This brings tears to my eyes . God Bless you sir.
To the other commenters here, I think it's easy to judge the shelter workers. The value of these shows - I suggest watching the entire documentary One Nation Under Dog from which this clip comes - is to give us some idea of what it might be like to work in a shelter. It's probably completely overwhelming and I think most of the workers probably do their best - this guy isn't a shelter employee, he's a rescue worker, who gets independent funding which allows him to rescue and work with certain animals. Most shelter employees already own multiple pets they've already "rescued" from their own workplace! Instead of criticizing, why not put our money where our mouths are, write a cheque, and donate to one of these selfless rescue organizations that do such great work? I already do, but can you truly say the same?

Just wanted to say that I adopted the white pitbull in this documentary. She is healthy, happy, and loves life.
It's sad that this is how we treat what we call man's best friend dog= god
are you friggin kidding me, that the shelters dont have time to treat mange..this is absurd..what do they have time to do..kill?
