  • I cooked this steak around 3 times. its great. a fairy cheap cut but very good. It remind me of a NY strip. now I learned my lesson to cook this steak on a cast iron pan. the fat cap is so thick and big that all it does it drip and flame up. either way go ahead and cook this piece of meat up!
