why would you spend $1000 on beef jerky, just make your own

this is probably the easiest recipe I have ever made. get the leanest cheapest meat you can find. in my case it was top round. cute in 1/8in slices, marinate, and bake for 4 hrs on 175F. this is the perfect high protein snack before or after the gym. 4 lbs lean beef 1 cup soy sauce low sodium 1/2 cup worcester sauce 1 cup sugar garlic powder onion powder red pepper flakes italian seasoning smok...
this picanha kept burning & burning. but I still ate it

I cooked this steak around 3 times. its great. a fairy cheap cut but very good. It remind me of a NY strip. now I learned my lesson to cook this steak on a cast iron pan. the fat cap is so thick and big that all it does it drip and flame up. either way go ahead and cook this piece of meat up!

I recently got this kamado joe. let me tell you. rolls royce of grills. if you ever thought about buying one do so. this thing is a charm to use. just takes a few times to learn how to perfect the heat. I also bought this cast iron attachment just for these burgers. 80 % ground beef 4oz each potato bun (important) special sauce aka ketchup mustard mayo crispy dill pickles american cheese salt y...

pho is always my go to soup. cold out? pho, hungover? pho, break up? pho. it doesn't really matter. it always tastes so good especially the first sip. something special about making it at home. I still need to tweak this recipe a bit but overall was super happy. btw I could not find whole coriander/cardamon so thats why I didn't use it. beef bones beef chuck white onions ginger salt rock sugar ...

making farmers cheese from raw milk
Переглядів 16110 місяців тому
if you have milk that is going to expire soon I suggest you make some cheese. can be mozzarella, farmers, anything you wish. It is quite simple. All I did was heat up the milk to 205F and add about 1/2 cup of white vinegar. You can use this cheese in so many recipes. Try it out at your own risk!
since chipotle wants to charge $1,000,000 for a burrito you should just make ur own
Переглядів 40610 місяців тому
fast food just gets more and more expensive. I do crave a burrito every once in a while so I decided to make my own. very affordable & easy. it took about 30 minutes to make and 3 to eat. go make it at home. 1.5lb ground chuck 1 small onion 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup black beans salt pepper onion powder, cumin, paprika, & chili powder ( 1 tbsp each) basmati rice 2 tbsp butter 1 ts...
stainless steel pans don't stick, you just have to know how to use them
Переглядів 122Рік тому
breakfast in this pan hits different. keep it simple, eggs, hash brown, bacon and some coffee. the key to using a stainless steel pan is JUST to preheat is properly until it's ready to use. do the water test to be sure its ready, water has to dance on the pan not evaporate. these pans make better food and is way healthier option compared to non stick.
this italian sausage & broccoli rabe pasta will change your life

honestly this might be by far one of my favorite pasta's to make. it's so simple and easy. a handful of ingredients and takes maybe 23 minutes to make. give it a go. 2 italian sausage's ( I like mine with fennel) 3 cloves garlic pinch of red pepper flakes 1 tsp italian seasoning 1/2 cup white wine 1/2 cup of cream a handful of broccoli or broccoli rabe black pepper pecorino pasta of your choice

It is really the best. along side the tacos I made guac & spanish rice which was actually super good and refreshing. I hope I can get some feed back from you guys. make this for sure. 3 lbs of chuck roast 1 whole onion 1 carrot 6 cloves garlic 2 tomatoes 3 different types of dried pe...
the best italian deli sandwich you'll ever make
Переглядів 676Рік тому
once in a while i get in the mood for a vinegarerayyyy sandwich that has a lot of crisp and acidity. everything balances each other out perfectly. you can really switch it up and put anything you'd like. on this one I put mayo, swiss cheese, prosciutto, 2 different types of cured ham, iceberg lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, oil vinegar, and italian seasoning. give it a goooo!!!
hot sandwiches and tea like im a british lad or something

this is straight comfort food for me. you can make them so versatile and use literally anything you want. from meats, to cheese's, veg, sauces, anything you want. make sure you have a good balance between flavors. also use a butter or mayo to make it extra crispy. it is a bit different then a grilled cheese but I think the unique triangle shape adds some good texture. I feel like a kid while ea...

Why do u have both color options? Was the concrete version difficult to keep clean?
What knife is that? Do you have a good recommendation for a work knife?
Hi, i just got my anza and realized the steamer is soooo freaking strong😂, any tips ?
wow, i don,t really comment, but this is great, no talking just cooking, straight to the point, such talent. Also filming and editing seems so simple, nothing overcomplicated, just how a cooking video should be. I'll make sure to try out some of the recipes. Keep up the good work! (subscribed) ^^
ayyy thank you for the kind words! appreciate it
deff making this

idek if you can call it cheese
damn i just ate now im hungry again
eh go eat who cares
Not bad at all! The cooking makes all the difference! You didn't use Pad Thai noodles though. but broad rice noodles (Shahe fen) so your dish ressembles Pad See Ew a bit more.
I was thinking that too haha. next time ill make sure to use the thin ones!
Whats up with that f*cked up looking chicken breast?
Hi, in your description you say, "I keep it on for about 15 minutes." Does that mean you wait 15 minutes after hitting the steam switch? Or just 15 minutes after you power on the machine?
Thailand. Capitial letter.
got it
why was it necessery to boil the meats and then toss the liquid away and then boil again? just curious
helps prevent broth from being cloudy and muddy looking. probably taste better too.
@@yabbysh5283 exactly !
is it pronounced pho or pho?
haha good one
This remind me of my self whenever i tried to do something cool infront of my friends 🌝
does it work?
man cooks silent... alone with his thoughts...
guess thats all we can do for now
just use the bun !!
The description 🤣
hahah I just had to be honest
Why can't you just let that rice cook 😭 It's not pasta, you don't stir it
with this stainless steel pot it get stuck to the bottom and then it will burn while cooking. I stir once and cover it.
Good job bro keep it up
thanks bro!
i liked it 👍👍👍 i could smell it through the video
Just bought the machine, had beans grinned, its super watery,HELP
maybe the beans are too coarse ? it takes a few tries to get it right. also every bean is different
Looks delicious!! Wow.
thank you:)
looks fire
it was, thanks !
Believe the brits call this one a toastie haha
I love that word

i’m enjoying an egg and cheese sandwich with tea like a bri ish lad
ahhhah!!! finally I reach my audience
@@soufckingoodheck yeah
you were doing good until you put the cheese in the pan
I was questioning it too
This has to be the most wasteful and needlessly expensive way to make a philly cheese-steak... Jesus Christ.
u get what u pay for
soufckingood im not sure if i should thank you for this clip or not !! I made this for my kids the day you posted it, AND THIS IS ALL THEY WANT TO EAT SINCE, my friend its a great clip but please think of us poor parents that have been making these for 3 days in a row. Best regards, Chris (in UK)
hahah I am laughing !! they must have good taste then. shoutout to the UK mate
Need better bread and better cheese. Cooper cheese and a crusty roll similar to a baguette is what you need
I always use better ingredients but this time I wanted the classic cheap American cheesesteak that’s why I used these
You can even order amorosos rolls from Philly
I grew up in Philly and ate cheese steaks from the shop that originated the sandwich. It was a hole in the wall where you stood outside in line, got your cheese steak, and then ate it standing on the sidewalk with city traffic a few feet away and hordes of pigeons all around you. It was delicious and the fat would be dripping off the bread. I think you did everything right except the cheese, which would be warm cheez-whiz ladled onto the sandwich, and the spices aren't necessary. the steak and cheese is all the flavor needed.
that sounds like a good memory for sure, I also usually get cheese wiz but didnt think it was worth making for this small sandwich. next time!
Surprisingly, I've never made a steak myself on ~40 years on this planet. You've now inspired me to go actually make one. Also, when I cook myself, I typically also eat it about 1 foot away from the prep area too. Love the vibe.
thank you! sometimes all you need is a steak and some salt. enjoy it
Honestly, this was one of the most relaxing videos I've watched. I've never really understood the ASMR genre but I think I get it now because this was my version of ASMR. The cutting, the scraping, the crinkling. I came into this video wondering why I was watching some home cook make a sandwich and came out of it feeling exceedingly relaxed. Filmography, especially in terms of audio capture and mastering, was on point.
wow thank you, super great comment! I guess homecooks are the new thing now haha
Weird reccomendation
try it

As a Vietnamese, I was about to cringe at the full piece of grill pork you about to put into the bread but gladly you did chop it up. You also got the pickle vegetable and cucumber in, idk why but some people always lelf the freshest part of banh mi out of it. It look delicious.
Hahaha thanks ! It was good although it was my first time making it
I am here to comment just to make your day since I know aspiring UA-camrs like you need that dopamine.

Wow super easy breakfast item
super duper easy
I hope to get the technique of poaching an egg down someday. I always end up making small curd scrambles instead.
you definitely will, it's all about heat control!
Looks good! The crumb is a bit tight in terms of parisian standards, maybe due to sourdough starter? Keep it up! Bet it was still tasty! :)
thanks ill have to give it another go :)
