The Red Neck Midge is a Fulling Mill fly pattern that works great as a midge on rivers or their bigger buggier brothers, known as Chironomids, on lakes and reservoirs. It's an easy tie.

This should kill them in my local waters. Have sifted many of these out of the water and I would fish black (which worked well) but this pattern matches what I've seen much better - can't wait to try it.
