I do love the ‘prehistoric marine reptile mutated by nuclear testing’ origin used by multiple Toho Godzillas(such as ShodaiGoji, Second Generation Showa Godzilla, Every Millenium Godzilla apart from GMK, and Shin Godzilla), because of how it enforces the idea of how he is supposed to be a anti-nuclear allegory, and it can make it can enforce his aquatic behaviour, unlike the Heisei Goji’s origin of just a regular dinosaur, one not equipped for an aquatic lifestyle.

I like how in the anime universe Godzilla Earth isn't just a monster, but rather the ultimate veapon in Earth's entirety, the ultimate guardian beast, and that there is a paralel to him on every planet in the universe, but only Earth's was able to defeat Ghidorah since he had a human counterpart
Shin Godzilla is Hedorah and Destroyah combined. Which I was thinking both of those monster deserved to get their own movies and they kind of did with Shin Godzilla.

This was a very well done video! I do really enjoy the spin with the evolution stuff that occurs in Shin Godzilla, that movie felt very fresh and interesting in such a long running franchise.

When the battle was done and godzillasaurus was teleported in a new location, the eggs will mutated to become the first couple Godzillas. I like to say is that the universe had more than one Godzilla. One egg became the baby Godzilla. The others one became the first godzilla. And they might have been the third one. That's my theory. Planet Godzilla was much like Biollante in the same way you see Shin Godzilla and Destoroyah. But in another storyline, which was actually a comic book manga series, Godzilla was a female from a different world. (WTF, I know right).

In GMK, godzilla was specifically possessed by those who died as victims of the Japanese Imperial Army and their occupation of pacific countries, who sent Godzilla to punish Japan for choosing to forget the atrocities the Japanese committed during the pacific conflict (a thing Japan did in fact do. This choice to forget the horrors they inflicted is a primary cause of tension between Japan and irs neighbors). Baragon, Mothra, and Ghidorah were possessed by Japanese soldiers seeking to defend their homeland.
Now, Godzilla beginning of plant-based origins isn't a bad idea. But when you watch the anime, it has no effect on the story at all. It could effect the story if the new ecosystem spawned directly from godzilla, or at least his cells, but that isn't the case. So, it wouldn't be any different if he was a reptile or a plant or whatever.
And why you don't review about why the atomic breath of 1993 godzilla vs mechagodzilla 2 well when at the final battle why is the atomic breath is red or orange

I've grown up with Godzilla all my life. I'm 40 years old now. I enjoy the classic Godzilla story lines and the new ones for this new generation of fans. I do not like Shin Godzilla. Its too OUT THERE for me.

The monsterverse one is the best origin I've seen yet. If we go by the original he doesn't receive his atomic breath or seared skin until after he's mutated. Only thing he has is his size which sucks.
Frielld shark wasn't a reptile. Shin godzilla is type of marine reptile who have fang and claw(original form). Frielld shark isn't a reptile and doesn't have claw and fang.

Now, Godzilla beginning of plant-based origins isn't a bad idea. But when you watch the anime, it has no effect on the story at all. It could effect the story if the new ecosystem spawned directly from godzilla, or at least his cells, but that isn't the case. So, it wouldn't be any different if he was a reptile or a plant or whatever.

I've grown up with Godzilla all my life. I'm 40 years old now. I enjoy the classic Godzilla story lines and the new ones for this new generation of fans. I do not like Shin Godzilla. Its too OUT THERE for me.

I absolutely hate plant Godzilla. My favorite origin story is still the one from the original 1954 film.
The monsterverse one is the best origin I've seen yet. If we go by the original he doesn't receive his atomic breath or seared skin until after he's mutated. Only thing he has is his size which sucks.
