For a 12 foot dinghy with a lid, this is very impressive. With a small float at the top of the mast, it would come back up dry.

I made additional dry storage to inside cabin. If you havent build roof yet you can build those, but needs extra sheet of ply

I love the Build! Have you ever had any experience with the ooze goose? I'd love to know if there are any stability differences between the two, From what I've been able to find, the ooze goose isn't as "seaworthy."
