Holly, I think what you do is amazing, to be able to sail alone is on an entirely different level. I love your channel, this episode was great, loved the scenes in the cave. The wit and intelligence you and your sister share is always a great time.
You know you are watching a serious sailor when they clarify that not only are they 'in a house', but they are [drum roll] "plugged in to shore power" - almost fell on the floor laughing. Huge cred to both your sailing cudos and your video magic. Fair winds always and keep those one liners coming!!! Bill B
Hi, Holly! I'd imagine that I'm not alone in wondering how on earth you don't have a sponsor(s) yet -- your content is, hands-down, absolutely, incredibly awesome and you are 100% the REAL DEAL! To top it off, in every video, you always express your gratitude to your supporters and to Tish for helping keep your voyage alive -- that speaks volumes to me about the kind of human being you are -- a damn fine one! Not to mention and it goes without saying, a damn fine sailor as well! Thanks for always inspiring me and countless others! Love you and fair winds! ⛵🌞
❤I adore you and all things sailing! Just bought my first sailboat. Whenever, I’m feeling discouraged I put one of your videos and watch you. You are awe inspiring!
My son had the same Winnie the Pooh blanket you used in this episode. Thank you for the memory. I Enjoy your videos thanks for always being interesting.
Holly, just wanted to let you know I really enjoy your videos. The last couple with your sister have been good fun as well. You know you have the right combination going when for 20 minutes or so while watching my mind is able to let go of daily life and I’m exploring, sailing, laughing right along with you.
Just young ladies are awesome!! The scenery is so beautiful never been on a sail boat but ya'll make it look like a lot of fun and so good at it. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun enjoy
The cave is in The Blue Lagoon with Brooke Shields when she was very young. What a time warp, the last time I saw that cave (grotto) was in the late 80s, and was drinking Fiji Babies on the 'dingy beach' as a much younger man. Wow, time marches on.
First: the squids! How cool is that? Second: great footage. Third: I echo the question, "How does Holly do it?!" She makes single-handing look so easy (thanks, Tiga, for capturing more of this.) :)
Super fun! I love the energy of siblings back together. Makes me want to hang out with my next youngest brother who is living on the other side of the country.
And I caught that comment, about the can of oil, and how you don't have sponsors. That just makes u all the more badass Holly. I dont have anything against sponsors, as many of my youtubers have them, but the rawness and authenticity of your lifestyle on the ocean might be a bit spoiled by having sponsors. Your patrons are your sponsors.
Now listen up gal don't scale a mast unharrnessed Now that's an order!!! No keep safe followed you for yrs and want to see you around for a long time to come cheers n beers Marty Australia
Wow, I was really close on the pickles... I guessed an even 4 dozen.. 48 pickles... Fun video this week, I always enjoy when the sailing youtubers I watch have family visit them onboard. The interaction with family gives the viewer a little more insight to your personality and background... Best of course is seeing how happy it makes your favorite youtubers feel seeing and spending time with loved ones.
Always remember that luff ternsion is the way to leech freedom. More luff tension, softer leech, better twist. Goes for headsails too. Get that new tanbark mainsail and watch your boat come alive. Sail on.
Lovely ladies off on another well deserved sailing adventure. I may not have a cool sailing sister... but have a cool sailing daughter. Enjoy..... Have another favour.... can you share your galley recipe for both the doughs? I'm always looking for sailing dough recipes. Cheers! Fairwinds Tanya
What better way to recover from surgery that with another adventure with Captain Holly and the Quesadilla. I always enjoy it when Teiga is along. Channel locks, vice grips and 3 in 1 oil. No tool box should be without them. Teiga the shark diver and Captain Holly the dumpster diver. Enjoy ladies!
you both are truly inspiring 😊 I need to buy me a boat too. After you showed me that there is no need for any fancy gismos, just boat and sails, so like 👍 but I need to do it the other way around, still need to work some years, but when I turn 60 I have my boat and of I am, yes yes ... at least I now know why going to work 😅 thank you for sharing all this with us, have fun and take care 😊
Holley, I love your videos, they are excellent, full of fun. Your a competent sailor, but I think you need to replace that main sail, if the material is tearing , then it is getting sun rot, an the cloth is degrading.
I find you adventurous spirit amazing. Your willingness to venture forth with minimal gear extraordinary. You made it to NZ so that old sail must have somehow got you there. I wonder having been from Tonga and Fiji to NZ twince....Would you try that crossing with a compromised Main again, had you to do it all over again" Your spirit is rare and I applaud you. One thing you might consider. I suggest you give all the content to everybody to make your channel that much more interesting and grow your channel. Cheers from Kim Philley SV Philiosophy presently sailing near Bali
The free diving was really good diving in that cave (saltwater or fresh...?)... Anyway, I've told people you just: 'shinny' up the mast no bosun's chair or anything at all and they don't believe... nonetheless much enjoyed and I'm sure you enjoyed having you sister along... Fair Winds...
You are my favorite internet person. I’m sure you’d be my favorite real life person too! Thank you for all the great videos.
Your boat is beautiful from that mast angle. You should be so proud of the Geck! Thank you for sharing.
you girls are awesome and are on an awesome adventure... thankyou for having us along
That cave was incredible! Such a cool adventure
Wow 1080 60p is looking so crisp in the tropics *Pacha Chef's Kiss*

Holly is a real seasoned sailor. I'm impressed.👍

Wow! That cave was beautiful! I love the way you make it work with what you've got instead of shooting the money cannon. It inspires us regular folks.
Very interesting entertainment. Could not be more fun for me. Thank you.
I had to turn down the Dead I have going in the background to confirm that's what you had playing. Keep up the good sailing and videos.
Wow, love the cave scenes… You ladies rocked it here… Sweet
"Just a box of rain" Loved the music
My grandfather used to sing Danny Boy to me when I was a baby. Beautiful song!
It's about time we heard some Grateful Dead!! (~):-}
