I had very bad acne in my 20s as well…this changed my skin so quickly… I washed my face with coconut oil(oil counteracts oil) and washed it off with very hot water on washcloth! I used tea tree oil as spot treatment and put it in my moisturizer every day. And glycolic acid as a toner every other day!

Try to avoid butter and cheese, I've been follow you for a long time and I noticed that whenever you cook (breakfast or dinner) you always use cheese or butter, and this is also bad for your skin. I noticed it on my self too, so I thought to give you this advice and maybe it will help you ☺. These are things that usually doctors don't say, but I suggest you to try for a few months to avoid this kind of food and see how it goes! Love you 💝💖💗
