Spec: 325i, 4.44 welded diff, D2 Drift & Eibach M3 sway bars, 6mm steering shims.

Is this a 168 diff swap? What did you have to change to make it work. My 188 3.15 is too long :(

Yes, that time was driving with 168 diff, axles and different driveshaft, you don't to replace it all, if i remember right, only the rear section. Now back to 188 diff, an 3.64 ration.
About 3.15 ratio, it's great but not with that power, you have great first long gear, but it sucks when you have to speed up :(

Bought this diff with this ratio, didn't built it. But yes, different pinion.
