Our 75th week of full time RV living was spent on the Colorado River. We found 4 incredible waterfront camping spots and every one of them is free. Learn all about these spots and where to find them along with the crazy adventures we have in our self built truck camper.

Dixie isn’t a fan of any water, but we were worried she was over heating so we were making her cool off occasionally 😂

hey Shane , on that heater install, you want make sure that your combustion exhaust line can drain the condensation. Make sure it flows out and drains.
Yep.. thanks for the tip. We still don’t have that thing installed: 🤦♀️
One of the fitting broke and we haven’t been able to find a replacement yet.
Yeah I took it off and fixed that issue. Now having an issue with bulkhead fitting on fuel tank. One day I’ll have this thing running!

If we made it that easy these spots wouldn’t be nice anymore.
If you are willing to drive down that road, you’ll find something awesome.
It’s only passable certain times a year, unless you have 4wd
More awesome spots. It'd be fun to have a kayak or canoe or paddle board to paddle around there.
Yep!! I beg him all the time. We even have a Kayak in storage! He says we cant handle the weight up top though and he’s probably not wrong. I’m working on the inflatable paddle boards😜
@@LoveHut4Life there is the cargo capacity advantage of a bus... But I'm not sure we'll be able to get into those really sandy spots without it getting really interesting.
Yeah... most of these spots were not bus friendly. That’s why we found a new one before The Nelson’s and G showed up.
There is actually quite a bit you can get to out there though, and quite a bit that even we can’t get to lol

Wow! Some of those spots would be very hard to leave looked like paradise.im supprised if u guys were staying in a state for awhile that u dont get a fishing license i would think it would pay for its self by feeding u somtimes.some those spots looked like really good fishing.im taking it those people gave u some fish what kind did they catch?hoping u show more of the rock finding hope u find some nice ones.
We definitely should have gotten our fishing licenses. We carry all the stuff but never know in advanced that we will be in an area long enough to make it worth it🤷♀️
